The City of Sweet Home seeks applicants for its Park and Tree Committee.
This is a volunteer position with a term ending Dec. 31, 2022, with a reappointment opportunity thereafter.
Park and Tree Committee members make recommendations and provide oversight of park and recreation programs, tree planting and maintenance programs, and parks and other recreation areas.
The Tree Committee meets the third Wednesday of every other month at 8:30 a.m. at City Hall, 3225 Main St.
The position is open to residents within the Sweet Home city limits. The position will remain open until filled by the City Council.
