Wednesday night at Sweet Home United Methodist Church, the annual Blue Christmas Service will be held at 6 p.m. after the Sweet Home Emergency Ministries Manna meal.
That service is for persons who have trouble with the celebration of the birth of our Savior because they have recently lost ones they care for.
I will be lighting candles for friend and family members no longer with us.
One of those candles will be for Rick Garber, a friend and extended family member. Rick, you are missed.
