Mildred Catherine (Olsen) Kendrick, 57, of Kalispell, Mont., and formally a longtime resident of Sweet Home, died of pancreatic cancer Sept. 15, 2005, at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane.
She was born Dec. 11, 1947, in Toledo to Bill and Connie Olsen. She was raised in Whitefish, Mont., and Sweet Home, where she graduated from Sweet Home High School.
In 1967, she married her sweetheart, Milton Larry Kendrick, in Caldwell Idaho. He died in an accident in 1981.
Mrs. Kendrick was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and crocheting many things for all of those she cared about.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and son David Kendrick.
She is survived by: her daughter, Debra Kendrick of Kalispell, Mont.; son Dennis Kendrick and daughter- in-law Lori Kendrick of Lakeside, Mont.; brothers David and wife Cynthia of Sweet Home, Mark and wife Sue of Sweet Home, Kevin and wife Kelly of Estacada, and Brian Olsen of Coram, Mont.; and grandchildren Chante’, Charlene, and Catherine Hampton, Catelyn Costa, Samantha, Odessa, Emma and Claudia Kendrick; and many nieces, nephews and friends ? especially Ron and Sandi Hale.
Graveside Services were held Sept. 23 at C.E. Conrad Memorial Cemetery in Montana.
