Regarding your front-page article (Aug. 22) on how out of control the production and distribution of marijuana in the State of Oregon is, how legality is not the issue. Enforcement of legal laws is.
Dr. Wolthuis, in a (Aug. 22) letter to the editor, states that the Planning Commission is answering to the legality of what they were considering.
