A new series of burglaries do not appear to be connected to the burglaries of the past two months, police say.
Since Feb. 19, Sweet Home has had five reported burglaries, four residential and one commercial.
The first was a report of a burglary in the 2500 block of Kalmia Street on Feb. 19, said Police Chief Bob Burford. The occupants had been gone, and the burglary was probably part of the series of burglaries…
