A Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District medic unit responded to a single motorcycle accident on Quartzville Road at 12:43 p.m. on Sunday, July 14.
The 68-year-old male rider was transported to a landing zone in Sunnyside Park where a Life Flight helicopter picked him up.
One apparatus and two personnel were on scene, and Linn County deputies assisted.
