Shauna Ray Harden, 30, was charged Sept. 17 to 24 months of supervised probation, 20 days confined to jail and a $400 fine following no contest pleas for first degree failure to appear and second degree burglary. Charges dismissed: third degree theft. 

Paul Levi Shelton, 35, was charged Sept. 16 to 36 months in custody of the Department of Corrections for 36 months and 36 months of post-prison supervision following no contest pleas for delivery of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance. Charges dismissed: Manufacturing/Delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
