Oct. 30

 

Gerardo A. Aguirre-Perez, 32, found guilty by default for operating a vehicle without driving privileges. Fined $1,015, license suspended.

 

Nicholas A. Ames, 35, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $3,030, license suspended.

 

Danielle Applebaum found guilty by default for dog as a public nuisance and unlicensed animal. Total fined $1,000.

 

Jade O. Bartholow, 61, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $3,030, license suspended.

 

Buzz S. Dodson, 26, pleaded guilty for criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $1,201, probation 60 months, work crew 10 days. A second count of the same charge was dismissed.

 

Andrew E. Edwards, 57, found guilty by default for driving uninsured. Fined $1,015, license suspended.

 

Tina M. Ensley, 42, pleaded no contest to no insurance. Fined $250.

 

Matthew S. Gillette, 24, pleaded no contest to violation driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $440.

 

Tristan L. Lawdermilt, 25, pleaded no contest to dog as a nuisance. Fined $500.

 

Brandon C. Simpson, 16, found guilty by default for violating a speed limit 55/35, and violation driving while suspended or revoked. Total fined $2,530, license suspended.

 

Clifford L Stoner, 51, pleaded guilty to criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $701, probation 60 months, work crew 10 days. Charges of driving uninsured and failure to install ignition interlock device were dismissed.

 

Shelly M. Wagner, 41, sentenced for three counts of violation driving while suspended or revoked, and two counts of driving uninsured. Total fined $1,850.

 

Nov. 13

 

Shari R. Hensley, 59, pleaded no contest for failure to carry proof of compliance with financial responsibility requirements. The charge was dismissed with a $185 fee.

 

Brian S. Holden, 48, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $3,030, license suspended.

 

Ayla R. Kennedy, 29, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $2,015, license suspended.

 

Cathy L. Khansumbal, 63, pleaded no contest to violating a speed limit 36/20. Fined $200.

 

Timmy J. McMahan, 61, pleaded no contest to failure to carry proof of compliance with financial responsibility requirements. The charge was dismissed with a $150 fee.

 

Brayden G. Newport, 21, pleaded no contest to following too closely with accident. Fined $150.

 

Theodore E. Shinall, 46, pleaded no contest to violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $740.

 

Patrick C. Slayter, 36, pleaded no contest to violating a speed limit, 38/20, in school zone. Fined $325.

 

Steven M. Young, 48, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $2,015, license suspended.

 

Kyra L. Wiens, 38, pleaded no contest to violating a speed limit 63/45. Fined $165.

 

Jeremy Wrezinski, 53, found guilty by default for violating a speed limit 38/25. Fined $515, license suspended.

 

Nov. 27

 

Nathaniel J. Agee, 23, pleaded guilty to second degree theft. Fined $617.69, jail 180 days suspended, probation 24 months, work crew five days, no contact orders.

 

Veena L. Bailuang, 73, pleaded no contest to two counts of violation driving while suspended or revoked, and failure to carry proof of compliance with financial responsibility requirements. Total fined $1,180.

 

Christopher A. Carr, 50, pleaded no contest to violating a speed limit 54/35, and operating

a vehicle without driving privileges. Total fined $465.

 

Joseph C. Dadey, 55, pleaded no contest to violation driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $265.

 

Michael S. Doyle, 54, found guilty by default for two counts of violation driving while suspended or revoked. Total fined $4,030, license suspended.

 

Dylan U. Elder, 28, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $3,030, license suspended.

 

Michael D. Ferebee, 45, found guilty by default for driving uninsured with accident, and violation driving while suspended or revoked. Total fined $3,030, license suspended.

 

Nicholas D. Gaskey, 40, found guilty by default for failure to renew vehicle registration. Fined $265, license suspended.

 

Brandon M. Gregory, 30, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle while using mobile electronic device. Fined $175.

 

Terry J. McCarthy, 40, found guilty by default for violating a speed limit 47/20, violation driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured. Total fined $3,545, license suspended.

 

Deston L. McQuistion, 26, pleaded no contest to driving uninsured, and violation driving while suspended or revoked. Total fined $705.

 

Xavier D. Pomeroy, 21, pleaded no contest to violation driving while suspended or revoked (charge dismissed with $150 fee) and driver failure to obey traffic control device (fined $215).

 

Shannon M. Richards, 51, found guilty by default for driving uninsured, and failure to carry proof of compliance with financial responsibility requirements. Total fined $2,080, license suspended.

 

Desiree N. Rondeau, 53, found guilty by default for violation driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $2,015, license suspended.

 

Darrell L. Schilling, 56, pleaded no contest to criminal driving while suspended or revoked. Fined $1,701, jail 90 days suspended, probation 60 days.

 

Justin W. Seibert, 36, pleaded no contest to third degree theft. Fined $716, jail 10 days suspended, probation 24 months, work crew finve days, no contact orders.

 

Steven K. Stitt, 40, pleaded no contest to second degree criminal mischief in the second degree. Fined $701, jail 180 days suspended, probation 60 months, work crew 10 days, no contact orders. Charges of second degree criminal trespass and third degree criminal mischief were dismissed.

 

Tanner R. Swinger, 22, found guilty by default for driving uninsured. Fined $1,015, license suspended.

 

Joseph W. Van Epps, 33, found guilty by default for violating a speed limit 35/20.
