Warrants are out on the following individuals: Steven Ballweber, Larry Bergstrom, Shawn Bland, Michael Bly, Sheri Bower, Trevor Brown, Fawn Burleson, Jamie Carpenter, Jordan Carter, Jesse Davis, Aelisha Devine, Brandy Dozier, Kyle Elmer, Miguel Guitierrez, John Hamacher, Norma Hutson, Linda Kennedy, Jhenna Lance, Kaitlin Lay, Joshua Leslie, Ramon Littell, Jay Marsh, Matthew Martin, Daniel Maurice, Thomas McCarthey, Darrell Mullenix, William Phillips, Kyle Roebuck, Christian Rogers, Michael Runyan, Carson Strasser, Jimmy Varner, Justin Walker, Dustin Westling, Ciaran Whatley, Tara Wilber, Richard Williams, Steven Young.

 

Zackery A. Chaney, 23, pleaded no contest speeding 37/20 school zone, driving while suspended or revoked, and driving uninsured – fine $1,115.

 

Paul W. Donaldson, 61, guilty by default for driving uninsured and driving while suspended or revoked – fine $3,030, suspend license.

 

Tony W. Fitzwater, 58, guilty by default for driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration – fine $1,280, suspend license.

 

Brian L. Lindsay, 37, failure to perform duties of a driver when property is damaged – fine $1,701, 60 mos. probation, 15 days work crew, three mos. license suspension. Dismissed: driving while suspended.

 

Colette E. McCool, 47, pleaded no contest to speeding 30/20 school zone – fine $225.

 

Raul P. Moak-Ramirez, 54, pleaded no contest to placing offensive substance in water, on highway or property – fine $1,151, 24 mos. probation.

 

Quentin W. Quadros, 27, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal driving while suspended  – fine $1,467, 60 mos. probation, 15 days work crew. Dismissed: driving uninsured.

 

Eric R. Shipp, 51, guilty by default for nuisances affecting public health, open storage, and declaration of public nuisance – fine $115,500.

 

Ervin L. Smith, 72, found guilty for menacing and two counts of harassment – fine $3,833, 30 days jail, 60 mos. probation, no contact orders. Not guilty: assault IV, obstructing governmental or judicial administration.

 

Draven L. True, 25, pleaded no contest to speed racing on highway and a charge that was reduced to driving while suspended or revoked – fine $915.
