Nancy Jean Gallogly, 67, of Lebanon, passed away June 3, 2026.
She was born Dec. 15, 1958, to Billie Margaret Francis and Donald Ray Gallogly in Pasadena, Calif.
She moved to Sweet Home as a small child and has lived in the surrounding area her entire life. Nancy loved spending time with family and friends.
Nancy is survived by her siblings, Julie Knurowski, Barbara Stevens, Susan Olson and Stephen Knurowski.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother Alice Gallogly; and siblings RuthAnn Boehmer and Donald P. Gallogly.
Viewing will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, at Sweet Home Funeral Chapel followed by a service at 5 p.m.
