Officers arrested 13 people during a narcotics-related search warrant served at 8:04 a.m. on May 9.
SHPD with assistance from members of the Linn County Interagency Narcotics Team, the Linn County SWAT Team and the Linn County Sheriff’s Department served the search warrant at 3133 Main St.
