The Oregon State Supreme Court ruled against nearly all petitions to review Secretary of State Bill Bradbury’s redistricting plan.
The court unanimously rejected all but one petition, requiring the secretary of state to redraw the districts over the population of a federal prison, which was listed as having a population of zero.
