With a big grin an sharp pair of scissors, Dr. Michael Stoner cut the ribbon Wednesday afternoon on a new office complex at 2245 Long Street.
The ceremony, featuring Mayor Craig Fentiman and the Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, climaxed a year of construction on the new facility.
