A few years ago, Milt Moran demonstrated the depth of the cracks at the Husky track by pushing a pocket knife blade deep into them.
Moran and track Coach Billy Snow took a few minutes one day last week to examine the three inch asphalt base poured by Morse Brothers on Tuesday.
