As of Monday, Sept. 3, nine candidates had filed for the Sweet Home City Council.
Tuesday was the deadline to file – after this week’s edition went to press. A final list of candidates will be reported in next week’s edition of The New Era.
Incumbents who have filed include Marybeth Angulo, Jim Gourley and Ron Rodgers. Mike Hall had not filed prior to Tuesday.
