Michelle Duncan, driver Kalyn Hagle, 24, hit black ice on the road and the car left the road and rolled. A Facebook post reported that it rolled five times. A passenger, Zachery Allen Mendoza, left, was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by medics. According to the Facebook post, another survivor was Hagle’s poodle, which was ejected during the crash and was found 300 feet away from where the car came to rest. Hagle was taken by private vehicle to the hospital as well, where she was treated and released. Duncan said Hagle was cited for reckless driving, fourth-degree assault and driving while suspended.
