Billy Eugene Bryant, 85, of Foster died Sept. 28, 2016.
He was born May 7, 1931 in Seymour, Mo. to James Alvin and Rena (Cardwell) Bryant.
His family moved to Sultan, Wash., where he graduated from Sultan High School and later moved to Lebam, Wash.
He served in the United States Army from February 1952 until February 1954 and was stationed in Germany.
