Carrie Lee Evans, 31, died May 29, 2010 at her home in Pensacola, Fla.
She was born April 13, 1979 in Salem to Jane Evans Reed.
She lived in Corvallis and then moved to Porterville, Calif., where she graduated from Porterville High School in 1997.
