David Michael Anderson, 62, of Monmouth, died October 28, 2009.
He was born Dec. 2, 1946 in Seattle, Wash.. He graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1965. In 1968 he enlisted in the United States Army and served with the 101st Airborne Division during Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1971.
Mr. Anderson worked with Washington County Fire District, Monmouth Fire Department and retired from Polk Co. Fire District #1 as assistant fire chief.…
