Earl Jones, 85, of Sweet Home died at home on the morning of Oct. 15, 2009.
He was born Sept. 2, 1924 in Kennet, Mo. to Henry and Ollie (Walker) Jones.
He was married for 60 years to Betty Ruth (Byrd) Jones and they lived most of their life in Oregon.
Mr. Jones is survived by three sons, three daughters, 22 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
