James Doyle Varner, 59, of Sweet Home died Aug. 21, 2009.
He was born Aug. 4, 1950 in Sweet Home, the son of Gerald Dee and Edythe Rae (Krause) Varner.
He lived in the Crawfordsville area until his family moved to Tillamook County in 1965. He graduated from Nestucca High School in Cloverdale in 1968 and moved back to Sweet Home after graduating.
Mr. Varner worked for Willamette Industries and Weyerhaeuser for over 30 years…
