Joel (Joe) W. Putney, 68, of Springfield died Sept. 22, 2010.
He resided in Springfield with his wife of 30 years, Joanne.
Other survivors include his stepson John Pidgeon and step-daughter-in-law Deedee; four children, Theresa, Pamella, Joey and Rodney, all of Minnesota; a granddaughter; brothers Russell and sister-in-law Caroline, and Gary and sister-in-law Babe of Sisters; sisters Marlene and brother-in-law Buzz Dunmeyer of Lacomb, Carolyn and brother-in-law Joel of Sweet Home, and Connie and brother-in-law Kim Shortreed of Penole, Calif; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Mr. Putney was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Irene Putney; brothers Donald of Sweet Home and Darrell and sister-in-law Janet of Springfield.
