Kevin Ross Candy, 47, of Sweet Home died Oct. 13, 2017.
He was born Dec. 31, 1969 in Cheyenne, Wyo. to Johnny Ross and Karen (Thom) Candy.
He grew up in Michigan, eventually moving to Sweet Home in 2010.
Mr. Candy did landscaping. He was a Christian and belonged to Sweet Home Evangelical Church.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing, shell collecting and was a rock hound. He loved helping his friends.
Mr. Candy is survived by his parents, John Candy and Gail Klodzinski of Medford, and Karen and Jim Sheridon of Michigan; siblings Chris Candy of Bend, Corey Candy of Michigan, Jake Rockwell and JR Candy, both of Medford, and Jamie Sheridon of Michigan; and friends and mentors Bob and Anita Collins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Boudaya.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at Sweet Home Evangelical Church.
Memorial contributions in his name can be made to the Salvation Army.
