Robert Earl “Bob” Gruwell, 80, of Sweet Home died early ont he morning of Oct. 16, 2009 at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis surrounded by his family’s love.
He was born in Dunlap, Kan. to Willard and Lillian (Faulkner) Gruwell where he was raised on their family’s farm. He moved to Orange County, Calif., where he met and married Mary Florence Richmond. They had six children.
