Terry Lewison, 67, of Sweet Home, died Oct. 19, 2017 at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House.
He was born March 5, 1950 in Portland, the son of Donald and Susan (Schroeder) Lewison. He was raised in Gold Beach and later moved to Springfield, where he graduated from Springfield High School in 1968.
