Services will be held Monday, Feb. 15, for Virginia Ann Carrell of Foster, who died at age 66 on the morning of Dec. 18, 2009.
She was born in Gainsville, Texas to James Robert and Edna Ella (Comer) Carrell.
She is survived by her partner and best friend, Steve Neuschwander of Cascadia; son Kenneth Morgan of Pleasanton, Calif.; sisters Edna Spano and Bonnie Young of Lodi, Calif.; brothers Bob Carrell and Jamie Carrell of Lodi; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her sons, Steven Neuschwander, Jr. and Chris Morgan.
Memorial services are planned at 11 a.m. Monday at Cascadia Bible Church.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling the services.
