Francis “Frank” Clarence Powell, 70, of Sweet Home died at his home Oct. 13, 2009.
He was born May 7, 1939 in Lacomb, the son of Francis and Christina (Percelle) Powell.
He lived in the Lebanon and Lacomb areas throughout his childhood where he attended school. As an adult, he lived in Bend and Corvallis before returning to Lacomb. He had lived in Sweet Home for the past 14 years.
