The Oregon State Police (OSP) is seeking witnesses to an early morning crash involving a pedestrian who was struck and killed.
The crash occurred at about 6:32 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17, on Interstate 5 near Exit 216 (Halsey/Brownsville). Investigators are asking any motorists who saw the pedestrian in the area or witnessed the crash to contact OSP’s Northern Command Center at 800.442.0776 or *OSP (*677) from a mobile phone.
