Oregon State University has announced that 837 students earned straight-A (4.0) and another 3,562 earned a B-plus (3.5) or better to make the winter Honor Roll.
To qualify, students must carry at least 12 graded hours of course work. Local students named included: Straight-A average: Jennifer L. Belveal, freshman, English; Stephanie L. Szuch, junior, human development and family science.
3.5 or Better: Amanda L. Boughner, post baccalaureate, geography; Caila B. Caudle, junior, human development and family science; Austin I. Hill, junior, English; Abigail R. Joiner, junior, human development and family science; Lena E. Meyers, senior, animal sciences; Nathan R. Micklewright, senior, civil engineering; Paige V. Niemi, senior, exercise and sport science; Kimber E. Swanson, freshman, music.
