Following eight hours of complex surgery at Oregon State University’s Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine, Thurston County, Wash., Sheriff’s Office K-9 Officer Arlo was walking with assistance Saturday morning, Jan. 16, after being treated for two bullet wounds suffered in a police chase in Washington state.
