Others appreciate Senior Center

Editor:

Recently the Bi-Mart training staff and 70 new employees were involved in a three-day training session for the new Sweet Home Bi-Mart store at the Senior Center facility.

I was present near the front information desk when at the close of the training sessions, a Bi-Mart representative stopped by to thank the Senior Center for a great meeting place which was well-managed, clean, and attractive.

It should be noted that the Senior Center is really a Community Center serving not only the Seniors but also the Boys and Girls Club, Meals on Wheels, The East Linn County Public Transportation Center, and various civic organizations.

With the continuing intensive multi-purpose use, efforts are diligently made to keep our center clean, orderly, and attractive to users and visitors.
