Rescue workers, stand on the edge of a ravine on Marks Ridge Drive, just north of North River Road, Monday afternoon, Nov. 16, after a truck driven by Dylan Richards, 18, slid over the edge, right. Sheriff’s Lt. Michelle Duncan said Richards and three teenaged passengers suffered minor injuries, but none were transported to the hospital. She said Richards lost control on a- steep downhill section of the road and slid over the edge. An investigation was continuing on Tuesday morning, she said.
