Pacific Power, working with mid Willamette Valley area law enforcement officials, is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest, prosecution and conviction of individuals responsible for a series of wire thefts that have occurred in recent months.
In the last three months, it has cost more than $60,000 in labor and materials to repair and replace what the thieves have stolen.
