The Huskies lost their chance at playing baseball at state with a pair of losses last week, ending with an 11-4 loss to Philomath on the road Thursday.
Errors killed the Huskies, said Coach Matt Matuszak.
Kildea started for Philomath and received the win.
Colton Holly started and received the loss on the mound, while Justin Rice led the way at the plate for Sweet Home going 2-2.
