Pedestrians, please wear bright colored or reflective clothes when you are out and about at night, especially if you are going to be crossing the highway.
Make sure oncoming vehicles can see you; if not, wait until they pass. Drivers cannot always see you if you have dark pants and a dark sweatshirt with the hood up.
I came dangerously close to someone like that crossing Highway 20 between Sweet Home and Foster before…
