He was born Nov. 5, 1945 in Kingman, Ariz. to Phillip and Dorothy (Casad) Shupp.
He spent his childhood in Los Angeles and Venice, Calif. As an adult, he moved to Florence, where he met his sweetheart of 39 years. They built a life together in Salem, and then moved into their dream home in Cascadia…
