The Sweet Home Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for a proposed 27-hole golf course Monday night.
The golf course, with a driving range, clubhouse, golf training center and golf museum, is the first phase of a massive project proposed by Development By Design partners Dan Desler and Troy Cummins.
