7:40 p.m – Brian Michael Keegan, 62, was arrested for failure to perform the duties of a driver.
7:43 p.m – Christopher Damion Davis, 21, was arrested for second degree criminal mischief.
8:29 p.m – Caller reports vehicle was broken into and items were taken. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second degree theft. Valued loss $800. SHHS Football Field.
10:19 p.m – Fawn M Burleson, 39, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for credit card fraud.

4:54 a.m – James Andrew Linder was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree theft, failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal mischief and failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft.
5:14 a.m – Kaleb James Elmer, was arrested by Linn County Sheriffs Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
7:09 a.m – Kyle James Elmer, 32, was arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for third degree theft.
8:18 a.m – Matthew Allen Pitts, 35, was arrested by Albany PD on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on charges for two counts of third degree theft and menacing and failure to appear on charges for third degree theft and second degree criminal trespass.
11:03 a.m – Scott Heinz, 36, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and driving while suspended.
2:49 p.m – Thomas Bradley, 43, was arrested for reckless driving and reckless endangering. Bradley was arrested after operating his motorcycle at extremely high rates of speed between Lebanon and Sweet Home.
3:46 p.m – Brandon Ryan Freeman, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge of first degree criminal trespass.
4:11 p.m – Multiple callers report a motor vehicle collision at the 2400 block of Main St. Officer responded, report taken. Valued loss over $2500.
6:34 p.m – Caller reports airpods being stolen from truck. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second degree theft. Valued loss $270. 700 block of 7th Ave.

8:32 p.m – Ethan Bird, 51, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and a warrant.
9:16 p.m – Robert Gardner, 57, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, operating an unsafe vehicle and unsignaled turn. He was arrested for unlawful use of a motor vehicle, third degree theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, and failure to carry and present.
April 4
3:09 p.m – Katherine Victoria Bruington, 30, was cited for dog at large.
3:31 p.m – Mitch Matthew Cobine, 34, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree criminal mischief.
4:26 p.m – Derold Lee Wynne, 67, of Springfield, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to renew registration, failure to provide proof of insurance. Wynne was also arrested for an outstanding Benton County Felony warrant.
11:37 p.m – Kelly Duane Kearns, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for carrying a concealed weapon. Kearns was also cited on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass.

12:15 a.m – Joshua Lee Roebuck, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation for driving while suspended, and an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
10:51 a.m – Loa Ann Louise Branton, 34, was arrested on an Oregon State Parole Board warrant for a parole violation on an original charge for absconding.
