April 26

 

Sweet Home Police

8:39 a.m. – Becky Marie Foster arrested on SHMC warrant for FTC in criminal mischief case. 2100 block Main. Cited and released.

1:19 p.m. – Caller reported burglary at deceased mother’s house in 2300 block Birch. Officer responded, report taken for burglary II. Sentry safe valued at $200 missing. Investigation continuing.

4:16 p.m. – Caller from Cascade Meadow Apartments, 2500 block Long, reported two individuals digging through trash receptacle at location. Officer responded, located female, who was trespassed.

9:02 p.m. – Caller reported small truck driving on rims with no tires, 4200 block Long. Officer responded, located male who had flat tire and drove it home. No roadway damage observed, no violations.

 

Lebanon Police

1:45 a.m. – Driver unable to maintain lane. He “performed poorly” on DUII test, but has .00% BAC. Suspect medical issue. Investigating. Report taken.

9:11 a.m. – Property owner near Tallman Brewing was mowing tall grass, almost ran over subject lying under green sleeping bag, which was difficult to see.

1:22 p.m. – Dakotah Lane Hodson, 28, cited on LMC warrant for FTA, LCSA warrant and LCCC warrant for possession of meth.

6:09 p.m. – Benjamin Philip Hyatt, 47, cited on LCCC warrants.

6:09 p.m. – Report taken for theft of bike, 700 block N 5th St.

6:26 p.m. – Callers reported subject riding bike in median and roadway in front of cars, near Walmart.

6:37 p.m. – Christian James Coleman, 27, cited on LMC warrant for FTA.

8:09 p.m. – William Lee Phillips, 43, cited on LMC warrant for PV.

9:44 p.m. – Subject told caller his missing phone pinged at their house, and showed possible fake screenshot. He appeared to have gun in his holster. He eventually left.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

11:52 a.m. – Deputies located vehicle abandoned on private property in 40100 block Mountain Home. Property owner was educated on private party tow process.

10:03 p.m. – Jayson East, 50, of Halsey, arrested for assault IV-domestic  following report of domestic disturbance in 100 block E. C, Halsey. According to LCSO, this was physical altercation between partners over relatinships with other people.  Lodged at Linn County Jail.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

10:18 a.m. – Jacob Alan Vincent Petrait, 19, of Sweet Home, cited for careless driving, failure to carry proof of insurance, 5000 block Santiam Hwy.

10:39 a.m. – Caller from 100 block Russell asked for extra patrol due to “nearby squatters smoking things” near caller’s house.

2:18 p.m. – Captain Yeauuh Sun, 29, arrested for assault IV-domestic, 400 block E. Olive. According to LCSO, alcohol played a part in this incident involving family members. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.

3:09 p.m. – Caller reported runaway 8-year-old in McDowell Creek Park area. Child was reportedly upset about not going to arcade, took themselves for walk. Deputy located child nearby inMcDowell Creek Park, 4000 block McDowell Creek,. and child was returned home. OSP and Lebanon Fire assisted. Report taken.

4:15 p.m. – Caller reported being punched several times by elderly female in Waterloo Park, 31200 block 1st. Incident was captured on cellphone. Report taken.

9:23 p.m. – Joleene Baird, 50, of Lebanon, arrested on warrant, 38100 block Golden Valley. Report taken.

 

April 25

 

Sweet Home Police

11:02 a.m. – Police responded to a report from LPD that a female had been assaulted in 300 block 7th. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

11:22 a.m. – Caller from Lilies and Lovelies, 1141 Long, reported female punching window and throwing things at location. Officer responded, counseled female on her behavior, and she agreed to remain calm for remainder of day.

12:49 p.m. – Caller reported trash and nails in road at Main/18th. Officer responded, hazard was removed.

1:48 p.m. – Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, 32, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in contempt, escape and theft cases, LMC warrant for FTA in criminal citation case, and LCCC warrant in fentanyl possession case. 18th/Vine. Cited and released.

8:05 p.m. – Caller reported elderly male who appeared lost in 5400 block Main. Officer responded, male requested ride to SHPD.

 

Lebanon Police

2:47 a.m. – Leeroy Travis Freeman, 60, cited on LMC warrant for PV. Johnny Ray Mowdy, 61, cited on LMC warrant for FTA.

12:13 p.m. – Subject said she was overcharged at Subway. Employee confirmed it, prepared to refund what was overcharged, but subject got aggressive and was asked to leave.

12:15 p.m. – Ricky Allen Aldrich, 44, cited on LMC warrant for PV.

2:54 p.m. – Fraud reported when victim clicked on link in a Facebook marketplace post and gave scammer access to his computer, who accessed banking info. Loss: $5,000.

4:41 p.m. – Safeway employee stopped theft $62 in items from subject who then threatened his life.

6:45 p.m. – Dennis Hamilton Borden, 44, cited on LMC warrant for PV and LJC warrant for criminal trespass II.

9:18 p.m. – McKennon Daves Prentiss, 29, cited for DU.

9:51 p.m. – Raymond Lyle Tressel, 30, cited on LCCC warrant for FTA – possession of meth.

2:37 p.m. – Assault reported in Sunnyside County Park, 44900 block Quartzville,  between two acquaintances. Victim declined to cooperate with investigation.

4:01 p.m. – Driver warned for displaying two different license plates, 27900 block Hwy. 20.

6:42 p.m. – Crash reported in 23700 block Brush Creek. According to LCSO, Debra Edmonson, 67, of Springfield, driving a Buick Regal, ran off the roadway and over a 6-foot embankment. cited for DU. Injuries reported. Report taken.

2:08 a.m. – Andrea Harper, 41, of Sweet Home, cited on Benton County Circuit Court warrant, cited for DWS and DU, 4600 block Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

2:09 a.m. – Kyle Hagle, 16, of Lebanon, cited for DU, failure to register vehicle, 000 block Dewey.

3:20 a.m. – David Bond, 21, of Lebanon, cited for operating vehicle without privileges, 100 block E. Oak.

10:19 a.m. – Kally Rydz, 52, of Crabtree, arrested for DWS, cited for speeding, no DU.  35200 block Cold Springs.  Report taken.

11:14 p.m. – Ted Maddux, 52, of Lebanon, cited for DU, failure to register vehicle, 700 block E. Grant. Vehicle towed. Report taken.

 

April 24

Sweet Home Police

4:27 a.m. – Kevin Lee Cuomo, 30, arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrants for FTA in criminal misconduct, trespassing and theft cases. Cited to appear May 22.

4:52 a.m. – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, 47, arrested by Cottage Grove police on SHMC warrant for FTA in giving false information to police officer case. Cited to appear May 27.

8:29 a.m. – Caller reported burning trash in 1200 block 46th. Officer responded, contacted female, who was warned about code violation.

12:03 p.m. – Caller reported burglary in 1900 block 19th. Home was involved in a structure fire last fall and victim believes someone is entering through the openings that were caused by the fire. Officer responded, report taken for burglary II, theft II. Investigation continuing. Victim working on a list of stolen items.

1:08 pm. – Caller reported someone entered their home in 800 block 27th when they weren’t home. Officer responded, info noted.

2:38 p.m. – Dustin Kyle Westling, 39, arrested in Marion County on SHMC for FTC in DWS case.

9:02 p.m. – Natasha Ellison, 26, cited for DU, warned for multiple violations, after traffic stop prompted by alleged FTOTCD in 1800 block Main.

9:47 p.m. – Christopher Michael Lindner, 53, arrested on AMC warrant for FTC in contempt case, SHPD temporary shelter, 1950 Main. Cited and released.

11:30 p.m. – Diana Lynn Hall, 69, arrested on LCCC warrant for contempt of court, LMC warrant for probation violation in theft case, 12th/Long. Cited and released.

11:36 pm. – Caller reported male in 1200 block 41st yelling outside. Officer responded, male was trespassed.

 

Lebanon Police

2:07 a.m. – Cameron James Clayton Babb, 25, cited on LMC warrant for contempt of court.

3:52 a.m. – Kevin Lee Cuomo, 30, cited on SHMC warrants for FTAs – criminal mischief II, criminal trespass II, theft II.

10:52 a.m. – Paint thrown on truck during the night, 100 block Camellia Dr.

1:25 p.m. – Mutilated cat found in someone’s yard, 1400 block Filbert St.

3:48 p.m. – Driver following emergency vehicle too close, appeared to be swerving, made sexual gestures to officer. Juvenile cited for following too closely.

6:31 p.m. – Juvenile reporting he is suicidal, taken into custody with probable cause when police saw him punch dad. Charged with attempted assault IV. Report taken.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

8:15 p.m. – Jackie Stutz, 49, of Brownsville, arrested for criminal trespass II following report of armed disturbance in 1000 block Pine. Report taken.

9:07 p.m. – Caller reported theft from vehicle in 300 block Kirk. Juveniles suspected, according to LCSO, but no arrests made immediately. Investigation ongoing. Loss valued at $200. Report taken.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

11:09 a.m. – Crash reported in 32900 block Brewster. Single vehicle. Amber Mulligan, 32, of Lebanon, cited for driving without license. No injuries reported. Report taken.

11:36 a.m. – Caller requested extra patrol after arrow was found on wooded part of private property in 28900 block Sodaville Mountain Home.

12:08 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle parked at storage facility, 5500 block Santiam Hwy. Vehicle stolen in 2023 was returned to owner.

2:30 pm. – Caller reported being asked to pay in advance for purchase of cows to two different Venmo accounts. Neither was seller’s. Caller arrived to pick up cows and there were none. 38000 block River Dr.  Report taken for fraud.

7:32 p.m. – Assault reported in 37600 block River Rd. Report taken for assault IV. According to LCSO, this was a physical altercation between two females  over a set of car keys. The alleged offender left the property and was not located. Deputies are attempting to locate her.

10:07 p.m. – Republic Services trash can reported stolen from 1200 block Cascade. Report taken.

 

April 23

 

Sweet Home Police

12:05 a.m. – Stephanie Irene Starkweather arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in two theft cases and trespass case, and AMC warrant for FTA in theft case. 1300 block Long. Cited and released.

8:42 a.m. – Caller reported their vehicle was hit during the previous night in 200 block 10th. Officer responded, report taken for hit and run.

12:15 p.m. – Caller from Sweet Home Junior High reported juvenile at school in possession of vape. Officer responded, juvenile was counselled and parents notified. Item was confiscated.

12:53 p.m. – Caller from 3100 block Main reported travel trailer stolen from location. Officer responded, report taken for unauthorized entry into motor vehicle. Described as tandem-axle 2019 Forest River, Heritage Glen, cream color with dark gray graphics. The person reporting left it at the location for the bank to repossess but believes it was stolen prior to the bank repossessing.

2:18 p.m. – Diana Lynn Delaney, 63, arrested after she turned herself in at SHPD, 1950 Main, on LCCC warrant for FTA in contempt of court case. Cited and released.

5:11 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles riding “something motorized” in Northside PArk, 1712 11th Ave.

8:11 p.m. – Cody Allen Bowman, 36, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in two theft cases and two trespassing cases, 1200 block Long. Cited and released.

8:50 p.m. – Caller reported juveniles in Sankey Park, 877 14th. Officer responded, contacted juveniles, who were advised of park hours. Parent picked them up.

9:24 p.m. – Caller from Dollar Tree reported theft from store, 2414 Main. Male to be trespassed if located.

9:11 a.m. – Theft of bike reported, 300 block Boulder Falls Dr.

10:32 p.m. – Erik S. Mulrooney, 36, cited for DWS.

10:46 p.m. – Earl E. Moffet, 34, cited on LCCC warrant for FTA – assault IV.

11:20 p.m. – Cory Howard Tharp, 31, cited for DWS.

3:01 a.m. – Chance Holley, 26, of Sweet Home, cited for DU, Main/Clark Mill.

8:48 a.m. – Deputy located garbage dumped on side of road, 46900 block Quartzville. Report taken for littering.

10:12 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle stolen, 700 block Amelia, Brownsville. Investigation ongoing. According to LCSO, victim had an odd interaction when they asked a stranger walking by to drive the victim to town, in their own 2017 Jeep Wrangler. The stranger agreed and was given the keys. The victim went inside of the house and when they came out the jeep was gone. It was located by OSP parked on Hwy 228 a short time later. Report taken.

10:40 a.m. – Citizen requested welfare check on neighbor in 41000 block Upper Calapooia. Neighbor had not answered door and citizen believed dog was running loose. Investigation determined that dog did not belong to that neighbor, who also no longer lived at location. Caller to keep dog for time being.

11:52 a.m. – Caller reported credit card used fraudulently out of the area. 41100 block Hwy. 228. Caller out approximately $200. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

1:34 p.m. – Mail theft reported in 43800 block Lakeview Way. Vehicle title, kitchen knives taken. Report taken.

3:47 p.m. – Caller reported theft in 23000 block Brush Creek. Neighbor used road construction company’s gravel to fill potholes in road company was working on.

3:53 p.m. – Motorist warned for parking camp trailer in day use area at Calkins Park, 44500 block Quartzville.

5:08 p.m. – Vikram Gill, 27, of Brownsville, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, driving without Oregon license, 100 block N. Main, Brownsville.

11:58 a.m. – Anthony Middleton, 63, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant, 3200 block S.

Santiam Hwy. Cited and released. Report taken.

2:23 p.m. – Caller reported giving credit card information to spam website. Victim had not lost any money and bank had been alerted. 35100 block E. Lacomb.

8:14 p.m. – Richard Tagen, 37, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants, 31200 block 1st. Report taken.

9:43 p.m. – Joshua Shoat, 56, of Lebanon, cited on warrants, 3200 block S. Santiam Hwy. Report taken.

9:44 p.m. – LCSO conducted death investigation in 31100 block Kay. Male, 55, was found hanged in shed. Apparent suicide. Report taken.

 

April 22

 

Sweet Home Police

7:41 a.m. – Braden Oreilly Wasson, 30, arrested for criminal driving, and on Corvallis Municipal Court warrants for FTA and FTA in traffic offense.  1300 block Clark Mill. Cited and released.

11:02 a.m. – Caller reported female walking back and forth and yelling in the road in 900 block Long. Officer responded, female cleaned up her belongings and moved along.

11:18 a.m. – Caller reported female throwing items and screaming in area of Bohemian Tavern, 1025 Long. Officer responded, contacted female, who was trespassed and moved along.

2:06 p.m. – Jamison Page Weist, 61, arrested for theft III after caller from BiMart reported apprehending shoplifter, 1980 Main. Cited and released.

3:07 p.m. – Caller reported RV stolen from 3100 block Main between March 31 and April 2.  Information noted. (See additional report above at 3:07 p.m. on April 22.)

3:40 p.m. – Caller from Safeway, 1540 Main, reported male parked next to caller’s vehicle and damaged it. Caller confronted male, who was reportedly aggravated and walked into store. Officer responded. Male was taken into custody, but caller declined to pursue charges, so male was released.

10:45 p.m. – Kyle Dawayne Roebuck arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in three trespass cases, 2400 block Main. Cited and released.

10:48 p.m. – Citizen reported at SHPD, 1950 Main, that male had hit her car with baseball bat and broke her taillight. She declined to pursue charges but asked that welfare check be performed as male had made “suicidal” statements.

11:10 p.m. – Caller reported female yelling and banging on things at Sweet Home Genealogical Society Library, 1223 Kalmia. Officer responded, contacted female who moved on.

 

Lebanon Police

4:25 a.m. – Subject seen stealing firewood from back porch of business, 200 block E Grant St. Subject returned wood and was trespassed for life. Loyd Everett Patten, 59, arrested on LCSA warrant for FTC – contempt.

7:56 a.m. – Caller reported subject smoking at the LBCC bus stop, not in the designated smoking area.

8:23 a.m. – Caller reported subjects going to the bathroom at/near Had Irvine Park.

1:03 p.m. – Subject left phone in bathroom at Chipotle. They returned to get it, but someone else in bathroom. Caller waited 20 min. but person hasn’t left the bathroom yet. Subject can hear her phone ringing in the bathroom and told person she wants her phone back; no response. Employees not able to open door. Police used bathroom code to gain entry; no one inside. Phone retrieved.

2:20 p.m. – Caller reported subject took plates off a car and put different plates on, near Ralston Park. Police contacted car owner, who said her boyfriend put her new plates on her car.

5:19 p.m. – Theft of two beers from 7-11. Loss: $10.

8:54 p.m. – Theft of scooter from garage, 200 block W Joy St. Locator tag pinged in Salem. Loss: $450. Report taken.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

1:03 p.m. – Deputy was bit by dog while serving court papers in 40800 block Country Lane. Dog owner not cited but quarantine order was issued for dog. Owner had medical proof for dog but it was not licensed. Deputy evaluated at urgent care. Report taken.

1:22 p.m. – Two batteries, hydraulic filler tube, padlock and bolts stolen from construction equipment on Campbell Global property, 23000 block Brush Creek Estimate loss $470. Report taken.

6:47 p.m. – Female reported people posting untrue and “rude” comments about her on Facebook, and that male had been to her house to look for suspect in domestic violence case. 27700 block Fern Ridge. Information documented.

7:02 p.m. – Joshua Leslie, 38, of Sweet Home, arrested on warrant, for harassment, 27300 block Rowell Hill. Report taken.

9:09 p.m. – Justin Hughley, 48, of Sweet Home, cited for DWS, DU, Foster Dam/Poplar.

 

LCSO/OSP Lebanon

7:18 a.m. – Crash reported in area of Brewster/Mt. Hope. Two vehicles, non-injury. Information exchanged. Further information not listed in Sheriff’s log.

12:23 p.m. – Holly Foster, 67, of Lebanon, cited on outstanding warrant. 2300 block May Lane. Report taken.

2:49 p.m. – Caller reported daughter was refusing to return vehicle she had been allowed to use temporarily. Deputy contacted her and she was instructed to return it before the situation became criminal 37200 block Meredith.

4:27 p.m. – Burglary reported at business in 36600 block W. Airport. Fuel and electronics stolen. Loss estimated at $4,000.  Report taken.

10:02 p.m. – Natalie Murphy, 37, of Scio, arrested for DUII, reckless driving, 35300 block Brewster.  Report taken.

April 21

 

Sweet Home Police

8:56 a.m .- Caller reported multiple items taken from residence in 1500 block 13th. Officer responded, report taken for theft I. Investigation continuing.

1:49 p.m. – Lisa Beth Richards, 57, arrested by Salem police on SHMC warrants for FTA in trespass, theft cases. Cited to appear May 4.

3:03 p.m. – Caller reported juvenile female “continually” assaulting son on bus. Officer responded, contacted both juveniles’ parents. Info noted.

3:48 p.m. – Exzavier Jamar Wright, 26, arrested  following incident reported on April 19 in 300 block W. Holley. Elysium Kasinger, 21, reported that her ex- boyfriend, identified as Wright, broke into her apartment in the early morning hours of April 19, while her 7-month-old child was present. Kasinger received injuries requiring treatment at the emergency room. Wright had already left the residence prior to officers’ arrival. Officers searched for Wright at his last known address, and employment. He was located Tuesday afternoon, April 21, at Murphy’s Veneer Mill, 6011 Main., Murphy’s Veneer Mill. He was taken into custody for assault 4-felony domestic and lodged at LCJ, where he remained at press time. The District Attorney has since added other charges, including burglary I, coercion and probation violation.

5:22 p.m. – Caller from Cascade Meadows Apartments, 2500 Long, reported female digging through trash receptacles. Officer responded, contacted female who was trespassed.

7:22 p.m. – OSP and LCSO responded to crash near Milepost 25 on Hwy. 20, west of Sweet Home. According to OSP, a Hyundai SUV driven by Lisa Marie Tilson, 46, of Sweet Home, was traveling eastbound when, for unknown reasons, it ran onto the shoulder and rear-ended a Toyota FJC that was parked on the shoulder due to mechanical issues. Tilson was transported to a hospital with “moderate” injuries. The driver of the Toyota, Bradley Allen Samard, 46, of Enterprise, and passenger Tera Nichol McCaslin, 44, were uninjured. The SUV was towed.

8:03 p.m. – Caller reported she lives with ex-boyfriend, who “keeps doing strange things with her clothing.” Officer responded, no crimes, caller advised of options. 300 block 7th.

8:46 p.m. – Caller from Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long, reported male inside business asking people for money or drugs. Officer responded, contacted male, who moved along.

 

Lebanon Police

10:00 a.m. – Report taken for trespassing issue. Pamela Jean Smith, 65, taken into custody for trespassing at James Gang Pizza. She has 28 open cases being reviewed by Linn County DA.

2:20 p.m. – Christy Renee Pedigo, 33, taken into custody for violating a stalking protective order. Report taken.

3:14 p.m. – Michael William Mahony, 48, cited on LCJC warrant for PV.

5:05 p.m. – Fraud reported by victim who paid $10,000 through a bitcoin machine after scammer claimed to be from Linn County Sheriff’s Office.

9:41 p.m. – Justin Michael Sears, 21, taken into custody following a call that he violated a no contact order.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

3:02 p.m. – Deputy patrolling Canyon Creek area located litter dump on CY50 line. Litter included mail, receipts. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

5:36 p.m. – Deputy provided courtesy ride to male stranded near Lost Prairie campground, 58800 block Hwy. 20.

12:22 a.m .- Caleb Unangst, 20, of Corvallis, cited for FTOTCD, 100 block Tangent.

4:33 a.m. – George Goodwin, 45, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 61/40, 34600 block Santiam Hwy.

12:12 p.m. – LCSO located female with Alzheimer’s walking on shoulder of busy road, Denny School/Oak. Deputies gave her a ride back to her residence.

1:38 p.m. – Theft of household items reported, occurring during move from residence to residence, 2500 block Porter. According to LCSO, victim had paid a person in Sweet Home to help them move. During the move several household times didn’t arrive to the new property. They included 12 gallons of paint, paint equipment, gallon of acid, 20 fishing poles, buddy heater, cot, carpet shampooer, swiffer mops, brooms, dust pan, ladder. Total value yet to be determined.. Report taken.

3:57 p.m. – Caleb Rusk, 53, of Lebanon, cited and released on LMC warrant, 35300 block Ede. Report taken.

4:11 p.m. – Deputy located goats at large in 28900 block Santiam Terrace. Owner was contacted, will be making repairs to contain goats.

Sweet Home Police

2:42 a.m. – Sammy Raymond Hughes, 25, arrested by OSP on SHMC warrant in theft case. Cited to appear May 4.

6:05 a.m. – Caller reported female may have stolen his credit card and attempted to use it at a bar in Lebanon. 3600 block Green River. Information noted.

7:42 a.m. – Caller reported fraudulent use of credit card after someone stole multiple items he had ordered online, 1200 block 49th.

8:56 a.m. – Caller from 1300 block 56th reported cousin was assaulted about a week ago by male relatives. Officer responded, report taken for assault IV. Investigation continuing.

10:07 a.m. – Caller reported father was scammed out of $83,000, 2300 block Cedar. Information noted. Investigation continuing.

10:46 a.m. – Raymond Lyle Tressell, 30, arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrant for FTA in vehicle burglary case. Cited to appear May 4.

11:11 a.m. – Caller reported individual inside vehicle at Andrew Wiley Park, 1936 53rd, that had hose running from generator to back passenger window. Officer responded, contacted owner of vehicle, who was OK.

3:04 p.m. – Scott Richard Fleury, 48, arrested on LCCC warrant for FTA in unspecified case. Police had responded to report of yelling occurring inside RV parked at Domino’s 2128 Main.

3:52 p.m. – Caller from Sweet Home Junior High, 880 22nd Ave., reported male, 13, with marijuana at school earlier in the month. Juvenile had also had alcohol earlier in the year. Boy referred to Linn County Juvenile for MIP marijuana.

5:25 p.m. – Nakota James Mullins, 24, arrested on Oregon State Parole Board warrant, 2000 block Main.  Lodged at LCJ.

7:00 p.m. – Caller from 2200 block Tamarack reported group trespassing at Old Mill property. Officer responded, adult and two juveniles trespassed from location. Parents of juveniles contacted.

12:37 a.m. – Lesa Dawn Cathcart, 63, cited on LMC warrant for PV and LCCC warrant for FTA – DUII.

6:28 a.m. – Car rear window shattered, 7th St. near high school.

8:11 a.m. – Ring camera captures subject trying front door handle, then looking around residence at night. 500 block Russell Dr.

10:17 a.m. – Kagen Cowart, 22, cited on LMC warrant for FTA.

12:52 p.m. – Officer checked Ralston Park restroom, noted “large amount of human feces” in toilets and urinal.

1:16 p.m. – Subject believes she is being attacked by USPS with laser beams.

11:33 p.m. – Madonna Lopez, 68, cited for DWS.

2:40 a.m. – Danielle Anderson, 32, of Sweet Home, arrested on multiple warrants, including SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case. Cited to appear May 4. Jered Roebuck, 29, of Sweet Home, cited for warrant. Holley/Fern Ridge. Report taken.

7:51 a.m. – Johnathan Serna, 29, of Eugene, cited for DWS, 000 block W. 2nd, Halsey.

10:11 a.m. – Telephonic harassment reported in 32400 block Hwy. 228, Halsey. This involved school-related bullying, according to LCSO. Parents, school and LCSO working on resolution.  Report taken.

12:55 p.m. – Caller reported getting scam phone call telling caller he had warrants out of Sheriff’s Office. Scammer became upset with caller and told him they knew his wife was home alone. Caller asked for and LCSO responded with welfare check at location in 700 block Main, Brownsville. No suspicious activity observed.

3:01 p.m. – Geryl Andrews, 61, of Junction City, cited for speeding, 90/55, DU, 26000 block Hwy. 99, Halsey.
