According to LCSO ,he was caught by a mountain patrol deputy allegedly stealing gravel from a stock pile on private property and loading it into a trailer.

1:35 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors having loud party in 3100 block Main. Officer responded, but initially observed no violations. Caller reported at 2:39 that the party was continuing and was loud. Officer responded and partiers agreed to turn music down.
8:34 a.m. – Keegan Ryker Fox, 23, arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrant for FTA in DUII case. Given court date, unspecified in police log, and released.
12:56 p.m. – Isaac Booker Justham, 26, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case.
8:25 p.m. – Dorothy Underwood, 64, cited for DU, Main/18th. Vehicle impounded.

1:00 p.m. – Unknown object struck back glass sliding door, shattering first pane, 800 block Tangent St.
1:24 p.m. – Theft of beer and candy by juveniles reported at Safeway. When confronted, one juvenile gave his beer back.
3:05 p.m. – Seven juveniles took food from Dollar Tree cooler, ate it and left without paying. Loss: $10-15.
5:54 p.m. – Subject stole hair products from Dollar Tree. Loss: $15.

8:09 a.m. – Caller reported license plate stolen from motorcycle in 1600 block S. 9th, at some point since June of 2025. Caller suspected theft occurred while caller was on trip to California. Report taken.
10:35 a.m. – John Adam Evans, 48, of Lebanon, arrested for failure to report as sex offender, 29500 block Santiam Hwy. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.
7:49 p.m. – Daniel Dillon, 19, of Brownsville, cited for speeding, 78.55, Rock Hill/Brownsville.
9:30 p.m. – Elderly female with dementia reported missing in 30600 block Old Santiam. As deputy was speaking with family, female was located by Lebanon police.

1:28 p.m. – Caller reported attempted online tech support scam, but did not suffer financial loss. Deputy took report. 400 block Washburn, Brownsville.

9:57 a.m. – Police and medics responded to 300 block W. Holley to assist female who reported having chest pain and was alone with children. Female transported by medics; children staying with father.
10:08 a.m. – Caller from SHEM, 1115 Long, reported male from another business was yelling at caller because individuals who use SHEM services were digging through other business’s trash. Officer responded, but was unable to locate male immediately. Report taken.
5:33 p.m. – Bryant Ray Hostetler, 23, arrested for DUII after report of erratic driver entering city from east. Also cited for speeding, 35/25. Cited and released.

12:56 p.m. – Theft reported in 34500 block Pinewood. Suspects arrested by Albany police during separate, but related, call. Further information unavailable in LCSO log.
3:31 p.m. – Jeffrey Richter, 36, of Lebanon, arrested for DUII, reckless driving, criminal trespass II, felon in possession of restricted weapon, and on two outstanding warrants following crash in area of Brownsville/Rock Hill. According to LCSO, Richter crashed his vehicle into a ditch, then attempted to leave scene on foot. Also cited for DWS, DU, failure to maintain lane and refusal of breath test. Lodged at LCJ. 6:21 p.m. – Crash reported in 32900 block Denny School. According to LCSO, Hannah Wilder, 21, of Albany, driving a Chevy Impala, missed a turn as she tried to take it at too high of a speed and spun out in the roadway. No injuries, vehicle was towed due to damage. Report taken.

4:38 a.m. – Justin Robert Herry, 29, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, 66/45, and failure to renew vehicle registration, Bishop/Pearl.
2:47 p.m. – Caller reported possible overdose in Cascadia Park, 48200 block Cascadia, but supposed victim was gone when deputies arrived.
4:38 p.m. – Kyle Richards, 32, of Sweet Home, cited for DWS, and on warrant, Long/Terrace Lane. Report taken.

9:27 a.m. – Caller reported male using public trash bins to dispose of personal trash. OFficer responded, contacted male, who was counseled on behavior, stated he would stop. 16th/Elm.
10:24 a.m. – Caller reported her wallet taken from cart at BiMart, 1980 Main. Officer responded, report taken for theft II. Approximate loss $860.
10:38 a.m. – Caller from Hawthorne School, 3205 Long, reported female was asked to leave campus and refused. Officer responded, contacted female, who was not happy but was trespassed.
10:58 a.m. – Clinton Jack William, 37, arrested after he turned himself in at SHPD, 1950 Main, on SHMC warrant for FTC in criminal mischief case. Cited and released.
11:01 a.m. – Caller reported large pig in her back yard, 1200 block 44th. Officer responded, but was unable to capture pig, which remained at large.
1:13 p.m. – Caller from Linn County Health, 799 Long, reported male continually entering and exiting premises, scaring clients. Officer responded, contacted male, who was trespassed.
1:19 pm. – Christopher Earl Anlauf, 49, arrested for assault IV, 1000 block 15th. According to police, the arrest resulted from a child abuse investigation. Cited and released.
2:05 p.m. – Caller reported individual transporting “multiple deceased dogs” out of house in wagon, 400 block 7th. Officer responded. Male at location turned out to be licensed trapper, who had two coyotes and a skunk.
2:09 p.m. – Caller reported vehicle in 900 block 27th parked on street for over a year. Code enforcement officer responded, vehicle posted for removal.
2:27 p.m. – Caller reported female operating vehicle with child unbuckled in seat. Officer responded, located female who was counseled. 1st/Hawthorne.
2:38 p.m. – Caller reported pig in his yard, 4200 block Main. Officer responded, but was unable to locate pig.
3:24 p.m. – Caller reported injured nutria in yard in 1800 block Grape. Officer responded, dispatched animal, which was disposed of.
6:53 p.m. – Caller from BiMart, 1980 Main, reported male yelling and threatening at store. Officer responded, caller requested male be trespassed.
8:32 p.m. – Caller reported male in parking lot, 2000 block Main., honking and refusing to stop when asked. Officer responded, but was unable to locate male in area.

1:14 a.m. – Subject said she woke up and a doll with strings told her to cut people up and eat them for steak because she’s now a cannibal. Officer told her to ignore the doll and go back to sleep.
10:57 a.m. – Theft of exhaust tip reported. Loss: $300.
1:42 p.m. – Colton Smith, 25, cited for DWS.
1:48 p.m. – William Read, 47, cited for DWS. Car towed.
2:18 p.m. – Kathleen Hendricks, 38, cited for DWS, LMC warrant for probation violation.

5:38 p.m. – Caller reported female may have stolen his phone after he left it in restroom at Thriftway, 621 Main. Officer responded, male and female were trespassed from location, phone recovered and caller declined to pursue charges.
7:44 p.m. – Jason Dale Roy Avery arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in harassment case, LCJC warrant for contempt, LCCC warrant in failure to supervise child case, SHPD, 1950 Main. Cited and released.

2:14 a.m. – Coin collection, car title and tablets reported stolen. Victim suspects boyfriend.
10:04 a.m. – Video shows subject graffitiing dumpster and ground at bowling alley.
10:55 a.m. – Raquel Anne Kelman, 28, cited on AMC warrant for contempt of court, LMC warrant for FTA, LCJC warrant for trespassing.
2:43 p.m. – Beatriz Rojas-Godinez, 41, cited for DWS, DU.
2:54 p.m. – Graffiti on billboard reported. Damage: $1,240.
8:51 p.m. – Emily Elizabeth Kuhns, 35, cited for failure to obey traffic control device.
9:42 p.m. – Officer investigated call for civil disturbance, 1300 block Franklin St. While there, one subject was transported to hospital for gangrene on toes.

8:18 a.m. – Theft reported in 800 block 43rd. According to LCSO, someone broke into a trailer on the property and stole a generator, air compressor, and a .22 rifle. Further descriptions not available. Report taken.
4:08 p.m. – Fight reported between two male adults in 41900 block North River. Kelly Lasure, 56, of Sweet Home, arrested for assault IV, lodged at LCJ. Report taken.
7:40 p.m. – Latricia Lea Barnes, 64, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 75/55, Hwy. 228/Enos.
8:20 p.m. – Anna House, 41, of Brownsville, arrested for criminal trespass I, transported to LCJ. According to LCSO, House had been trespassed from Brownsville Saloon, 419 N. Main St., and returned. Report taken.
11:37 p.m. – Deputies contacted suspected campers in vehicle on county right of way. North River/Foster Dam.

8:49 a.m. – Caller reported two broken-down vehicles in 1100 block 54th. Code enforcement officer spoke with owner, who indicated plans to work on them and sell them.
9:14 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle parked in area of Long/38th “for some time” with bed full of scrap metal. Code enforcement officer responded, vehicle posted for removal.
8:53 a.m. – Theodore Eugene Shinall, 47, cited for DWS, Downtown Lounge, 1234 Main.
9:16 a.m. – Kelly Duane Kearns, 53, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in theft case, FTA in concealed weapons case, railroad tracks off 18th. Cited and released.
10:16 a.m.- Jack Edward Counts, 36, arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrant for FTC in fraudulent use of credit card case. Cited to appear March 11.
10:35 a.m. – Colton Dwayne Smith, 25, arrested for DWS, Pleasant Valley/railroad tracks. Cited and released.
11:27 a.m. – Caller from Samaritan Health reported female patient who had allegedly been assaulted by her significant other. Officer responded to 1200 block 46th, report taken for assault IV-domestic violence. Victim was uncooperative and did not provide information on suspect.
11:37 a.m. – Crash reported in 1000 block Main. Operators were juvenile driving 2018 Toyota Corolla, and Leta Deanna Perry, 65, driving 2012 Honda CRV. Damage estimated at under $2,500. Parties exchanged information.
3:41 p.m. – Caller reported trailer broken into while stored in 4100 block Main. Report taken for criminal mischief II.
4:00 p.m. – Rayden J Orion Young arrested on LMC warrant for FTA in DWS case, Milepost 26, Hwy. 20. Cited and released.
4:57 p.m. – Caller reported dog has been howling all day, 400 block 7th. Officer responded, contacted resident who was warned for dog as public nuisance.
5:07 p.m. – Caller reported male, who has no-contact released agreement with daughter, had been talking to her earlier in day, 1500 block Main. Report taken for contempt of court.
6:53 p.m. – Caller reported brother assaulted her while she was trying to stop a dog fight in 2400 block Long. Timothy William Roebuck arrested for assault IV, lodged at LCJ.
10:34 p.m. – Caller reported tire fell off vehicle in area of Main/13th. Officer responded, removed tire from roadway.

10:51 a.m. – Neighbor dispute about shared driveway, 1100 block W Sherman St. Post office now refusing to deliver mail due to blockage on driveway.
11:33 a.m. – Officer contacted subject who crossed S Santiam Hwy. not in a crosswalk, causing traffic to brake for her. Advised her about crosswalk laws.
12:00 p.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 48, cited on LMC warrant for FTA.
8:47 p.m. – Subject appears to have fallen asleep in car while eating in McDonald’s parking lot.
9:12 p.m. – Caller reported driver doing donuts in school parking lot. Mom was giving driving lessons to her son.

11:42 a.m. – Caller reported unknown male entered trailer parked in 4100 block Santiam Hwy., awoke occupants. According to LCSO, witnesses saw an unknown male in the park asking them if they know where someone named “Mark” lived. A witness said the man walked off into the park. The caller said they woke up to the dogs barking, and saw the man standing in the doorway of their bedroom. The man said “Whoops, you’re not Mark,” and left without conflict. Deputies searched for the male but were unable to locate anyone matching the description in the area. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
12:13 p.m. – Stormie Tisdale, 55, of Lebanon, cited for speeding, Hwy. 226/Tennessee.
3:35 p.m. – Owen Winters, 51, of Lebanon, arrested for domestic assault IV, felony domestic strangulation, felony contempt of court, failing to register as sex offender and for warrant. 30600 block S. 5th Rd. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.
5:09 p.m. – Ronald Hensley, 40, of Lebanon, cited for unspecified traffic violations, Brownsville/Rock Hill.
8:17 p.m. – Mail theft reported in 38600 block Sodaville Waterloo.
9:10 p.m. – Single-vehicle, non-injury crash reported in 38700 block Mt. Hope. According to LCSO, Trevor Schuld, 20, of Lebanon, driving a Mazda MZ3 took a corner too fast and slid off the roadway and hit a tree. No citations. Report taken.
10:27 p.m. – Illegal camping reported in area of Brewster/Berlin.

8:50 a.m. – Runaway juvenile located, returned home, 36100 block Northern, Brownsville. Report taken.
9:04 a.m. – Caller reported being scammed out of $1,950, 28600 block Hwy. 20. According to LCSO, business was attempting to purchase parts online. The website repeatedly asked for verification, and charged a credit card with each click. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
9:30 a.m. – Deputy took report of lost wallet containing sensitive personal information, 800 block Centennial Court, Halsey.
2:14 p.m. – Criminal mischief reported in area of Ash/Willson, Brownsville. Caller reported that someone spit on their car window, which had happened previously. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
3:23 p.m. – Ervin Summers, 61, of Sweet Home, cited for DWS, DU, 5100 block Hwy. 20.
4:03 p.m. – Deputy investigated report of three-wheeler being ridden on Giustina property in 25000 block Brush Creek.

10:26 a.m. – Alex Michael Yoder, 38, arrested for failure to register as sex offender after he visited SHPD, 1950 Main, to do so. Lodged at LCJ.
1:05 p.m. – Caller reported barking dog in 400 block 7th. Code enforcement officer made contact with caller, who stated dog had stopped barking.

2:53 p.m. – Burglary reported at Queen Ann apartments after resident returned and found door was unlocked. Missing dremel, chainsaw, laptop.
9:04 p.m. – Male yelling at people, trying to get into cars, punching things, downtown.

4:23 p.m. – Richard McColister, 69, of Lebanon, cited for DWS, DU, 000 block Market.

6:32 p.m. – Caller reported someone hit Modern Forest building, 160 Main St. Approximate damage $150. Report taken for criminal mischief II.
6:45 p.m. – Caller reported dog howling all day long in 400 block 7th. Officer responded, contacted resident, who said they would bring dog inside. Warned for barking dog.
11:39 p.m. – Trevor Joel Brown, 36, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTC in disorderly conduct case. Cited to appear March 11.

1:29 a.m. – Two subjects threw glass bottles at US Mini Mart, shatter front door.
6:25 a.m. – Subject at Knothole harassing customers, eating chips without paying for them.
6:46 a.m. – Feces found just outside transient tent at church, 1900 block S 5th St.
9:00 a.m. – Apparent burglary reported at church, 100 block W Airport Rd
6:28 p.m. – Male threatened landlord when denied entry into girlfriend’s apartment, and threatened to kill girlfriend later that night. Girlfriend said relationship is unhealthy and he will be getting his belongings that night.
7:52 p.m. – Caller tried preventing drunk father from driving, father headbutted him.
8:33 p.m. – Zachery Curtis Anthony Helgeson, 24, cited on AMC warrant for contempt of court.
