Dec. 19

7:13 a.m. – Deputy took report of lock that had been cut off timber gate, 44600 block Old Hufford Dr.

7:59 a.m. – Caller reported mail and property theft in 1000 block Main St. Report taken. 

8:59 a.m. – Deputy investigated a crash involving a Linn County Road Dept. semi pulling a dump belly full of gravel, 45700 block Old Hufford Dr.

9:00 a.m. – Hannah Belle Naftaniel, 25, arrested on warrant by Lebanon police. Citation to appear on Jan. 8 at Sweet Home Municipal Court. 

10:35 a.m. – Desiree Rondeau, 52, cited for driving while suspended, 38th/Long. 

11:33 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle driving recklessly at Husky Field. Officer reviewed security footage with staff, identified parties who were driving recklessly. High school to handle discipline. 

12:36 p.m. – Kelee Joan Gatliff, 59, turned herself in at SHPD for warrant. Cited and released. 

2:44 p.m. – Kori Jones, 53, cited for failure to carry proof of insurance, 800 block 22nd Ave. 

3:45 p.m. – Caller reported theft from 1000 block 38th Ave. and offensive littering. Value of missing items $60. Further details unavailable. Report taken. 

6:44 p.m. – Caller reported screaming in 1500 block Tamarack St. Officer responded. Learned male was screaming at video game. Everyone is OK.

10:49 p.m. – Clifford Lawrence Stoner, 51, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant. Cited and released. 1100 block 13th Ave.

 

Dec. 20

8:44 a.m. – Jordan Struthers, 29, cited for speeding, 44/25, 2300 block Main St. 

10:18 a.m. – Scott David Citro, 49, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on reckless driving charge. Cited and released. 1300 block Long St. 

11:25 a.m. – Arne Joseph Gerard, 47, arrested for domestic violence – fourth-degree felony assault after report of a disturbance involving a male with a knife. Lodged in Linn County Jail. 42200 block Ames Creek Rd. 

11:34 a.m. – Caller reported six German shepherds loose in area of 1800 block Cedar St. Officer unable to locate. 

12:54 p.m. – Deputy investigated timber gate that had been destroyed in 44600 block McDowell Creek/Sunnyside Road. Damaged valued at $3,500.  Report taken. 

2:40 p.m. – Deputy recovered hundreds of feet of fiber optic cable that had been dumped in front of Middle Santiam 700 gate on Quartzville Road. Report taken. 

4:57 p.m. – Brian Lindsay, no age listed, turned himself in at SHPD. Cited and released on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on eluding charge. 

5:29 p.m. – Deputy investigated residential burglary report in 44200 block North River Dr.  Report taken. 

6:21 p.m. – Joseph Aldor Dunham, 46, cited and released by Lebanon Police on warrant by for failure to comply on third-degree theft charge. Cited to appear in Sweet Home Municipal Court on Jan. 8. 

8:27 p.m. – Alexis Bowers, 24, of Sweet Home, cited and released on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants  for failure to appear on second-degree criminal trespass and harassment charges, 4200 block Marks Ridge Dr. Cited to appear on Jan. 8. Report taken. 

10:23 p.m. – Michael Healy, 36, of Lebanon, cited for driving uninsured. 27600 block Hwy. 20/Sun Lane. Report taken. 

 

Dec. 21

9:34 a.m. – Vehicle burglary reported in 700 block 42nd Ave. $3 in quarters missing. Report taken. 

10:06 a.m. – Package reported stolen in 800 block 43rd Ave.  Report taken. 

10:58 a.m. – Caller reported his cats and other items were stolen from his RV while he was incarcerated. 27100 block High Deck Rd. Report taken. 

3:09 p.m. – Ricki Anne Orth, 47, arrested for second-degree theft after caller reported she stole items from Thriftway, then dropped them in the parking lot and ran off. 600 block Main St. Cited and released, trespassed from location. 

 

Dec. 22

10:34 a.m. – Report taken for offensive littering at SHPD, 1950 Main St. Individual will be excluded from location. 

1:30 p.m. – Caller reported finding possible human remains in Calapooia River, 41100 block Upper Calapooia Dr. Linn County Sheriff’s Office dive team members removed remains from water. Remains were positively determined to be animal, not human. Likely a small deer. 

2:15 p.m. – Caller reported that someone broke into her shed and stole tools, 3200 block Main St. Report taken for second-degree burglary. Approximate value $125. 

2:59 p.m. – Caller reported someone stole a bus from her front yard, 3200 block Main St. Approximate value $2,800.  Report taken for vehicle theft. Investigation continuing. 

3:48 p.m. – Caller reported someone possibly illegally dumping trash at CTC gate, 42800 block Upper Calapooia Dr. Deputy located suspect, who was picking up cans from ditch with juvenile son. No evidence of trash being dumped. 

4:07 p.m. – Two-vehicle injury crash reported in 43000 block North River Dr. Trevor Pitts, 32, of Foster, cited for speeding and careless driving. Report taken. Report# 2405210

6:50 p.m. – Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, age not listed, arrested for possession of meth and heroin, and on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Cited and released. 900 block 23rd Ave. Also during this call, officer spotted stolen vehicle, which was returned to owner. Further details not available. 

11:32 p.m. – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, age not listed, arrested by Cottage Grove police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on charge of giving false information to police. Cited to appear on Jan. 22. 

 

Dec. 23

11:16 a.m. – Tyler Lanz, 37, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply on assault IV charge. Lodged in Linn County Jail. 4700 block Airport Road. 

1:13 p.m. – Oregon State Police reported determination that a buyer was not eligible to receive a firearm transfer due to a criminal history record. . Sweet Home officer responded. Investigation continuing. 

2:46 p.m. – Caller reported that someone had hit the back of his vehicle on Dec. 17. The other driver did not have insurance. Victim wanted information noted. 1000 block Main St. 

2:54 p.m. – Caller reported that two juveniles had spray-painted his truck, 3200 block Main St. Officer responded. Suspects are very young and it was determined that issue would be handled civilly. 

4:52 p.m. – Death investigation in 1800 block Tamarack. Caller reported her father was not waking up and was cold.  Report taken.
