4:06 p.m. – Disorderly conduct in Safeway parking lot. Ex-wife told ex-husband she would be five minutes late bringing daughter to him, and he hung up on her. She arrived agitated about that, threw daughter’s bags at him. Argument ensued. Her new husband threatened ex-husband. Witness and daughter tried to separate the men. Bystanders concerned for daughter.
10:10 p.m. – Caller is chasing someone who fought him. Caller, apparently intoxicated, said people threw him into a car for no reason. Witnesses said caller and his friend were the aggressors, picking on someone who pushed him into a car. Trenton Michael Anthony Cole, 25, cited on LMC warrant for probation violation.

7:19 p.m. – LCSO mountain deputies responded to report of vehicle carrying two teenagers, which got stuck in snow on Gordon Road (NF 2032). One teen’s parents also responded and were able to get them out before deputies arrived. 51400 block Canyon Creek Rd.

2:26 a.m. – Caller believes people in unknown neighboring apartment are banging on walls and “talking crap” about her, 1900 block S 2nd St. Does not know which apartment it’s coming from. No need to wake up multiple apartment residents at this time of night and accuse them of name calling.
9:49 a.m. – Updated: police log regarding this incident contained an error. The driver was not cited.
9:57 a.m. – Caller reported neighbor pulled his pants down and exposed his behind to her security cameras, 500 block E Elmore St.
12:02 p.m. – Fraud reported when scammer “accidently” sent $2,000 check for a $300 purchase. Scammer asks seller to refund the difference before the fraudulent check clears.
12:13 p.m. – Caller asked if she could get in trouble for something her twin sister – who is two years older – does. Caller was advised not to call 911 for non-emergency calls.
1:03 p.m. – Two-car crash, S Main/E Oak Sts. Janae Baker, 40, cited for failure to obey traffic control device and driving uninsured.
2:13 p.m. – Melissa Nicole Shreves, 39, cited on LMC warrant for FTA on original charge of theft II.

1:33 p.m. – Theft reported from a barn in 1800 block Gilbert Dr. Suspects identified. Two large brass caps from old steam engine were stolen. Estimated value $3,000 to $4,000. Report taken.
3:48 p.m. – Fraud reported in 500 block block Minnesota St. According to LCSO, suspect had been living with the victim, and somehow obtained access to a checking account. Banks have since been contacted to limit access. Loss valued at $600. Report taken.

10:50 a.m. – Caller reported individuals staying behind vacant building in 1100 block Main St., with barbecue, furniture, sheet hung up. Officer responded to find no one present but community services officer assisted in cleanup, with items transported to SHPD for disposal.
3:11 p.m. – Caller from Sweet Home High School reported juvenile recording other juveniles at location, posting it online. Officer contacted school, determined that school will handle the situation.
3:53 p.m. – Caller reported male surveying vehicles at Hoy’s Hardware, 3041 Main St. Officer responded, contacted male, who was trespassed.
4:52 p.m. – Erin Lynn Koenig, 45, arrested for theft II after caller reported mail was delivered to wrong address in mobilehome park at 1283 44th Ave., and when they attempted to get the packages, individual denied having them. Shortly thereafter, Koenig was arrested for theft III after as result of another call complaining about same problem. Cited and released in both cases.
6:42 p.m. – Officer and Sweet Home Fire personnel responded to small fire in 2200 block Tamarack St.
6:54 p.m. – Caller reported mail delivered to wrong address in mobilehome park at 1283 44th Ave. and caller cannot retrieve it. Officer responded, report taken for theft III. Value $9.99.
11:03 p.m. – Tina Ann Rood, 48, arrested on LMC warrant for FTA in criminal citation case. Cited and released. Arrest followed traffic stop which resulted in Alexander Worrell, 48, cited for driving without valid license, driving uninsured, 600 block 7th Ave.

11:01 a.m. – Video surveillance reveals subjects started fire during the night near gas line behind J&C Barbecue.
11:54 a.m. – Complaint about roaming chickens, 400 block W Maple St.
12:04 p.m. – Transient yelling at nothing and throwing cans, near Grocery Outlet.
1:27 p.m. – Caller reported truck with Benton County logo was stuck in mud and backed into wood post three times, damaging it, 2900 block S 12th St. Benton Co. supervisor confirmed driver was there, who said he didn’t know he caused any damage.

11:08 a.m. – Non-injury crash reported on BLM land in 25100 block Little Valley Lane, Brownsville. According to LCSO, Maxwell Gubler, 22, of Lebanon, driving a Ram truck, slid off a steep 100-foot embankment after avoiding another vehicle on a blind corner. No injuries, truck was towed.
11:54 a.m. – Crash reported in 46900 block Quartzville Rd. According to LCSO, Delilah Rodgers, 23, of Sweet Home, driving a Ford Edge, hydroplaned on the road, and crashed off the road. Minor injuries. Car was towed.
1:10 p.m. – LCSO conducted death investigation of elderly man. Death ruled natural. 26100 block Teco Lane. Report taken.

7:48 a.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Leslie, 37, arrested for criminal trespass II after caller reported from Dollar Tree, 2400 block Main St., that male was at location who had been trespassed.
10:16 a.m. – Citizens visited SHPD, 1950 Main St., to report theft that occurred in 1100 block 48th Ave. Officer responded. According to SHPD, the victim sent $1,800 in response to a Facebook ad, thinking she was purchasing an English Bulldog. She never received the dog. Report taken for theft I.
10:25 a.m. – Call reported male looking into tenants’ vehicles and apartments, 1200 block 23rd Ave. He was asked to leave and refused. Officer responded, contacted male, who was trespassed.
12:19 p.m. – Citizen visited SHPD, 1950 Main St., to report theft at BiMart, 1980 Main St. According to SHPD, this was a shoplifting incident that occurred on Dec. 6. A box of 9mm Luger ammo valued at $197.99 was stolen. Video surveillance of the suspect was provided and on Jan. 10 Kyle Austin Hanscam, 33, was arrested and charged with theft II.

10:58 p.m. – Caller from Taco Bell, 1502 Main St., reported receiving fake $20 bill. Officer responded, information noted, counterfeit bill seized.

9:44 a.m. – Kayra Koran-Miller, 37, taken into custody: creating a disturbance, fighting, theft II, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest.
9:53 a.m. – Female slapped male after he couldn’t remember her deceased mother’s name, whom he’d never met.

4:30 p.m. – Car vs. bicyclist, S 2nd/J Sts. Bicyclist treated for broken fingers. Report taken.
4:39 p.m. – Report taken for scam when victim received call saying there’s a warrant and they can get arrested or pay to not get arrested. Loss: $2,000.
6:02 p.m. – Couch on fire in driveway, 100 block E Carolina St. Unable to determine who started fire.

12:45 a.m. – Brenda Sacre, 58, cited for driving while suspended, Brewster Rd./Mt. Hope Dr.
1:21 a.m. – Hit and run reported in 300 block Crowfoot Rd. According to LCSO, Toyota MTX left the road and struck a house. The driver fled on foot, and has not been located. Deputies located evidence to track down the driver at a later time. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.
8:51 a.m. – Set of Giovanna wheels reported found near CTC gate in 37100 block Middle Ridge Dr. Due to their value, wheels were lodged as LCSO found property.
11:45 a.m. – Anthony Middleton, 62, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, no ignition interlock device and for a warrant, 600 block Russell Dr. Report taken.
1:06 p.m. – Landon Conner Howard, 23, of Portland, cited for failure to renew vehicle registration (2024), Park/Wheeler streets.
3:53 p.m. – Shauna Harden, 32, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, 200 block Gilbert St.
3:57 p.m. – Jeffrey Collier, 48, of Sweet Home, cited for passing in no-passing zone, 34300 block Kowitz Rd.
8:13 p.m. – Timothy Straw, 53, of Yamhill, cited for driving uninsured, Oak/Grove streets.
11:39 p.m. – Suicidal subject called crisis hotline, 300 block Gilbert St., was transported by medics to Albany General Hospital.

12:26 p.m. – Ryan Thorpe, 28, of Sweet Home, cited for driving uninsured, Main St./47th Ave.
12:36 p.m. – Tyler Morehead, 31, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, failure to use ignition interlock device. Also arrested on warrant, 800 block Long St. Report taken.
9:49 p.m. – Austin K. Fitch, 22, of Sweet Home, arrested for reckless driving, cited for speeding 100-plus mph, speed racing, 28800 block Hwy. 20. Jasonna Juliet Jazmine Nightser, 21, of Lebanon, was pulled over after being observed allegedly traveling 100-plus mph on Highway 20, near Ingram Road. Nightser was arrested for reckless driving and failure to carry and present license. She was cited for speeding 100-plus mph, speed racing, and failure to renew vehicle registration.
Sweet Home Police
1:46 a.m. – Caller reported male “freaking out” in drive-thru at Midway Grocery, 3239 Main St., attempting to get into store. Officer responded, located male who was trespassed from location and provided courtesy ride elsewhere.
2:22 a.m. – Garrett Reed Stevens, 47, arrested for unlawful possession of firearm, 1540 Main St. According to SHPD, Stevens was charged for allegedly possessing a handgun that was concealed upon his person or concealed and readily accessible within a vehicle. Cited and released.
8:20 a.m. – Crash reported in 1100 block Main St. Operators were Amanda Faye Wilde, 48, Skylar Jean Thompson, 27. Thompson cited for driving while suspended, arrested on LMC warrant for FTA in driving while suspended case, 1100 block Main St. Cited and released.
9:07 a.m. – Caller from Hawthorne School reported that someone damaged a lock on campus during Christmas break. Building did not appear to have been entered. Investigation ongoing. Report taken for criminal mischief II, theft II and criminal trespass II.
9:19 a.m. – Caller reported red Dodge pickup and travel trailer with male and dogs in area of Old Mill Property/Green River Road. Officer responded, located male, who was advised to move along.
1:47 p.m. – Bradley Marion Pugh, 42, arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrant for FTC in hit and run case. Cited to appear Jan. 28.
4:20 p.m. – Caller reported neighbors burning trash in driveway in 1100 block 2nd Ave. Officer responded, trash burners warned for actions.

10:02 a.m. – Dennis M. Phillips, 30, cited on AMC warrant for FTA on original charge of use of vehicle for sleep/housekeeping.
10:46 a.m. – Fence and barbed wire cut, attempt to steal vehicle with four-wheeler reported, 2300 block S Main Rd.
12:29 p.m. – Crisis Team responded to transient. Her pants were down to her knees, she said she can’t pull them up due to some booboos. She had two Nerf guns in her pockets, she said she’s licensed to kill.
1:43 p.m. – Bradley Marion Pugh, 42, cited on LJC warrant for probation violation – felon in possession of a restricted weapon; LCCC warrants for FTAs on original charges of aggravated harassment, harassment and FTAs; and SHMC warrant for contempt of court.
2:05 p.m. – Subjects setting up tents on private property told to leave, Berlin/Brewster Rds.
3:01 p.m. – Caller reported being bitten by dog, 1600 block S 9th St. Jasmine Nichole Warwick, 27, charged with nuisance dog.
3:34 p.m. – Shaw Jerred Valentine, 36, cited on LMC warrant for probation violation – DUII.
