Jan. 13
1:53 a.m. – Deputies responded to non-injury crash in 23600 block Brush Creek Rd. Barbara Dean, 36, of Sweet Home, was driving home when she lost sight of the roadway due to bright lights from another vehicle. She left the roadway and crashed. The vehicle was towed. According to Sheriff’s Office, Dean was uninjured. Report taken.
1:40 p.m. – Hunter Gomez, 41, of Lebanon, cited by Linn County Sheriff’s Office on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in third-degree theft case. Cited to appear Feb. 12.
8:55 p.m. – Lisa Dawn Johnston, 50, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in second-degree theft case, Lakeshore Park. Cited and released. Cited to appear Feb. 12.
9:43 p.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber, 35, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in hit-and-run case, and Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Cited and released. 1800 block Main St.

11:34 p.m. – Courtney Renae Baldinger, 39, arrested for DUII and reckless driving, cited for no insurance. 13th Ave./Nandina St. Vehicle towed.

1:49 a.m. – Bryanna Sue Harley, 33, arrested by Albany police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear in two third-degree theft cases.
8:22 a.m. – Caller reported student smelling like marijuana. Officer responded. Parent denied smoking around juvenile and will be handling issue with school. 600 block Elm St.
8:35 a.m. – Tereza Martin cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured following traffic stop in 1100 block Long St. Driver’s license, which, according to police report, was invalid, seized.
12:50 p.m. – Willie Joseph Williams arrested on Benton County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear in DUII case. Cited and released. 1900 block Main St.
4:08 p.m. – Heather Renae Fagan arrested by Lebanon police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in third-degree theft case. Cited to appear Feb. 12.
5:45 p.m. – Alex Levitsky arrested by Lebanon police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in second-degree criminal mischief case. Cited to appear Feb. 12.

10:55 a.m. – Desirae Estelle Johnson arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in a driving while suspended case and for Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear in DUII, reckless driving, criminal mischief, giving false information to police and two other criminal citations not specified. Cited and released. 1100 block 38th Ave.
12:40 p.m. – Caller reported someone had hit her fence in 3100 block Main St. Officer responded, took report for high-and-run.
3:10 p.m. – Caller reported phone stolen in 1600 block Long St. Report taken for $40 loss.
3:45 p.m. – Kalie Marie Spradlin cited for driving uninsured, North River Drive east of Pleasant Valley.
6:00 p.m. – Individual walked into Police Station to report head injury after collision in McDonald’s parking lot. Female transported by medics. Operators were Cynthia Gourley Webster and Kellen Pollard. No citations issued. Report taken.
9:36 p.m. – Raul Moak-Ramirez arrested for providing false information to police and placing offensive substance after caller reported male sleeping in vehicle in 1000 block Long St., exiting vehicle and urinating on ground. Moak-Ramirez also arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear in contempt case. Lodged in Linn County Jail.
11:02 p.m. – Caller reported juvenile male with gunshot wound to face In 1300 block 43rd Ave. Officer responded, juvenile transported to hospital by medics. Wound appeared accidental. Investigation continuing. Report taken.

7:03 a.m. – Caller reported school bus backed into his vehicle, parked in 4800 block of 48th Loop. Officer responded. Parties exchanged information. Damages under $2,500. Bus was operated by Robert Driver. No passengers on bus at time of incident.
7:22 a.m. – Caller reported stalled vehicle in middle of road in 800 block 22nd Ave. blocking traffic. Officer responded. Wheel had popped off axle of vehicle. Tow truck cleared the scene.
7:48 a.m. – Caller reported hit and run at 43rd and Airport – vehicle crashed at location with no one around it. Officer responded, report taken for hit-and-run damage.
9:23 a.m. – Kelsey Ciullo, 37, of Sweet Home, arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 40100 block Hwy. 228. Report taken.
9:50 a.m. – Michael Ferebee, 45, of Sweet Home, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured, North River Dr./Foster Dam Rd.

4:24 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 49, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear in criminal mischief and resisting arrest cases, and Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in theft case. Cited and released, 3100 block Main St.
6:54 p.m. – Mark Aaron Lamb, 47, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court and Albany Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply in contempt of court cases. 1900 block Main St.

1:26 p.m. – Sean Ever Robinson arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation, Green River Mill Property. Cited and released.
3:04 p.m. – Caller reported female on bicycle hit by vehicle in 1500 block Main St. Bicyclist Erika Renee Driver transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Shelby Marie Gutierrez, operator of vehicle, cited for no valid operator’s license, driving uninsured.
5:04 p.m. – Deputies responded to 52600 block Hwy. 20 to aid male and female whose pickup had high-centered on the snow after leaving the ruts in the road. Deputy was able to get them unstuck.
10:12 p.m. – Jeremy Woodman, 52, of Albany, arrested for giving false information to a peace officer after deputy learned that subject he had contacted on Jan. 16 in Billings Park, at Green Peter Lake, had given a false name and had an active felony warrant. 45000 block Quartzville Rd. Report taken.
10:13 p.m. – Joanna Cara Morris, 39, arrested for harassment, 1200 block Fern Lane. Cited and released.
11:20 p.m. – Multiple callers reported hit and run in 1500 block Main St., eastbound. Investigation continuing.

1:53 a.m. – Elizabeth Marie Martin, 41, arrested by Lebanon police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in third-degree theft case. Cited to appear Feb. 26.
10:59 a.m. – Nickolas Ryan Shoulders arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in second-degree theft case. Cited to appear Feb. 12.
11:51 a.m. – Caller reported someone had dumped nails behind her vehicles. 4200 block Main St. Officer responded. Info noted.
12:13 p.m. – Salvatore Bisagno, 71, of Albany, cited for speeding, 77/55, 28600 block Hwy. 20.
2:34 p.m. – Caller to OSP reported that males in red jeep had gotten out of their vehicle and were shooting near caller in vicinity of Scale Shack, 44000 block Hwy. 20. Sweet Home officer responded, contacted caller, who advised there was no damage to his vehicle. Other parties apparently were not targeting him. OSP advised.
9:53 p.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 29, arrested by Albany police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in second-degree theft case. Cited to appear Feb. 26.
11:06 p.m. – Timothy Peppering, 41, of Lebanon, cited and released for outstanding warrant, 2100 block Foster Dam Rd. Report taken.
