Dec. 24

12:01 a.m. – Raymon Wayne Littrell, 49, arrested by Sheriff’s Office on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on driving while suspended charge.

1:33 a.m. – RV fire reported in 27100 block High Deck Road. SH fire and Sheriff’s Office responded.

2:37 p.m. – Malury Rose Martin, 22, arrested by Lebanon Police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in a DUII case. Cited to appear Jan. 22.

3:07 p.m. – Crash reported at 22nd Ave. and Main St. Caller reported that someone backed into him. Drivers were Kevin Webster and Carol Esparza Cruz.

5:00 p.m. – Justin Brian Speer, 56, arrested in Clackamas County on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for menacing. Cited to appear on Jan. 26.

6:06 p.m. – Heather Mae Kelly, 45, cited and released by Lebanon police on multiple warrants, including eight from Sweet Home Municipal Court. Cited to appear on Jan. 16 at Albany Municipal Court and on Jan. 22 at Sweet Home Municipal Court. 3290 S. Santiam Hwy., Lebanon.

8:59 p.m. – Caller reported that male had died in 1900 block Willow St. Officer responded, report taken for death investigation.

 

Dec. 25

12:59 a.m. – Caller reported disturbance in 2500 block Birch St. between male and female. Officer responded. Turned out they were fighting over board game.

2:28 a.m. – Caller reported that a male had stolen “a bunch of items” from his home. Exact description of items unavailable. Report taken for second-degree theft. 54th Ave. and Polar St.

4:45 a.m. – Mary Jackson, 32, of Sweet Home, arrested by Linn County Sheriff’s Office and lodged at Linn County Jail for criminal mischief, theft and criminal trespass, all second-degree. 3600 block S. Santiam Hwy., Lebanon.  Report taken.

8:06 a.m. – Death reported in 2200 block Long St. Officer responded, report taken for death investigation.

9:05 a.m. – Shelly Marie Wagner, 41, arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant. Cited and released on warrant. Also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured.  4000 block Clark Mill Rd.

7:09 p.m. – Kyle James Gantner cited for driving uninsured, 2200 block Main St.

10:33 p.m. – Multiple callers reported two vehicles doing donuts in a parking lot in the 600 block Main St. Officer responded and spoke with two individuals who denied doing donuts, stating that they were just driving in circles and were at the location to buy a phone. They were advised to move along.

 

Dec. 26

10:00 a.m. – Daniel Lawrence Rozcicha, 26, cited for speeding, 54/35, and driving uninsured, west city limits.

10:22 a.m. – Deputies took report of business scam that was caught in early states, 25500 block Rice Rd. Report taken.

12:12 p.m. – Angela Kay Mowdy, 52, cited for driving while suspended, Dollar Tree parking lot, 2400 block Main St.

12:39 p.m. – Caller reported she had lost her gun. 1800 block Tamarack. Officer responded. Report taken for lost gun. Gun described as SCCY, unknown model, black semi-automatic 9 mm pistol.

12:41 p.m. – Jeffrey Lee Kragness, 65, of Sweet Home, cited for no valid license, driving uninsured and expired tags, 600 block Main St.

1:42 p.m. – Caller reported their lawn mower was stolen, 5500 block Nandina. Approximate value $250. Report taken for second-degree theft.

2:09 p.m. – Linda Evelene Kennedy, 34, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation on a second-degree theft charge. 1700 block 11th Ave. Cited and released.

8:42 p.m. – Andrew Edwin Amundson arrested at Linn County Jail on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on a resisting arrest charge. Cited to appear Jan. 22.

11:10 p.m. – Elizabeth Lynn Riddle arrested by Oregon State Police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in a criminal driving case, Cited to appear Jan. 22.

 

Dec. 27

10:27 a.m. – Jered Douglas Roebuck, 28, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in a driving while suspended case. Cited and released. 1100 block 38th Ave.

12:51 p.m. – John Pablo Scott II, 34, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on a felon in possession of a restricted weapon charge. Cited and released. 4200 block Main St.

1:32 p.m. – Lynnette Irene Johnson, 46, arrested on multiple warrants: Linn County Justice Court probation violation for driving while suspended, Linn County Circuit Court failure to appear on possession of meth and DUII charges, Lebanon Municipal Court for failure to appear on driving while suspended charge, and Sweet Home Municipal Court for failure to comply in a criminal driving case. Cited and released.

9:07 p.m. – Todd Swanson, 20, of Sweet Home, cited for speeding, 85/55, and driving while suspended, 28600 block Hwy. 20.

 

Dec. 28

11:39 a.m. – Christopher Michael Lindner, 52, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in driving while suspended case, cited for Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. Cited and released, trespassed from location in 1800 block Tamarack.

12:55 p.m. – Kelly Duane Kearns, 52, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on second-degree theft and carrying a concealed weapon charges, Cited and released.

5:46 p.m. – Caller reported theft of trailer batteries in 27000 block High Deck Rd. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

6:22 p.m. – Crash reported at Pleasant Valley Road and Main Street. Ezekiel Castle, 19, of Sweet Home, was driving a Toyota Ava four-door westbound on Hwy. 20, when a black 2003 Nissan 30z coupe turned west onto the highway from Pleasant Valley Road. No citations. Non-injury. Damage estimated at over $2,500.

 

9:20 p.m. – Brodi Epps, 17, cited for speeding, 60/45, no operator’s license. 3200 block Main St.

10:26 p.m. – Caller reported packages, pair of shoes stolen from his porch in 900 block 14th Ave. Report taken for second-degree trespass, second-degree theft. Estimate value $160.

11:45 p.m. – Multiple callers reported an ongoing horn in 500 block 7th Ave. Officer responded to find car with smoke coming from it, which became fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters arrived to put it out.

 

Dec. 29

5:21 a.m. – Caller reported that ditches were overflowing and roadway was flooded at 38th and Long. Public Works advised.

11:03 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 57, arrested on 12 Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failing to appear on criminal trespass and theft warrants. Cited and released. 3700 block Long St.

3:35 p.m. – Larry Dean Bergstrom, 60, arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in second-degree theft case. Cited and released. Caller had reported campfire in area of 6000 block of Main St.

8:44 p.m. – Jordan Owens cited for driving while suspended, no proof of insurance. Driver’s license seized. 8th Ave. and Oak Terrace.

9:29 p.m. – Jaime Castro-Hernandez, 28, arrested by Albany police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in criminal driving case. Cited to appear Jan. 22.

 

Dec. 30

11:35 a.m. – Caller from Towne Pump reported that male drove off with fuel hose inserted in his gas tank, without paying. Officer responded. No damage to equipment. 800 block Main St.

12:26 p.m. – Caller reported that male was following two juvenile girls on a bike, then sped up and stopped in front of them. Officer responded, checked things out and learned that male was going to park with his daughter and niece. Caller was advised.

12:48 p.m. – Kaden Zajic, 19, cited for driving without insurance, west of city limits.

1:33 p.m. – Joshua Martin Huges, 22, arrested by Corvallis police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on criminal driving charge and failure to comply on reckless driving charge.

4:32 p.m. – Multiple-vehicle crash reported in 2300 block Long St. Caller reported that vehicle crashed into parked cars at location. Officers responded, report was taken and male driver, Faron Walter Kennedy, 60, was transported by medics to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital, where he was arrested on multiple warrants out of Linn County Circuit Court, Albany Municipal Court and Lebanon Municipal Court. Cited and released on warrants. Also cited for driving while suspended.

4:54 p.m. – Deputy responded to 81-year-old male from Albany, who was hunting for bear and cougar. Hunter was locked behind South High Deck CTC gate. 49000 block Hwy. 20.

5:13 p.m. – Caller reported accident in which the other vehicle left before they could contact police, 12th and Main. Officer responded. Under $2,500 damage. Information noted.  Names not available.

 

Dec. 31

4:05 a.m. – Jennifer Lynn Haskett cited for driving while suspended. Marijuana was seized for destruction during traffic stop in 4300 block Main St.

6:32 a.m. – Single-vehicle crash reported in area of Holley/Rowell Hill roads. Driver identified as Erin McComb, 33, of Sweet Home. According to police, McComb was driving a 2000 Toyota Tundra westbound on Hwy. 228,  hit ice at the city limits and lost control. The vehicle rolled and came to rest on the passenger side. Medics extricated her from the vehicle, but she was not transported, according to police. Cause of crash was determined to be weather-related as the highway had  ice on the roadway. No action was taken.

12:59 p.m. – Ethan Anthony Schuster, 19, cited for speeding, 51/35, 2400 block Main St.

1:56 p.m. – Amelia Elizabeth Hess, 32, cited for no operator’s license, 2500 block Main St.

4:43 p.m. – Tod Allen Sindt, 64, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on marijuana possession charge after traffic stop in 2500 block Main St. Cited and released.

 

Jan. 1

12:19 a.m. – Motor vehicle crash reported at 15th Avenue and Main Street. Danner Massey, 22, was driving north in 2013 Chrysler four-door and Talara Windship Barnes, 18, was driving south on 15th Avenue, intending to turn east on Hwy. 20.Both vehicles had significant damage and airbags deployed. Both were towed from scene. Report taken for damage over $2,500. Barnes cited for driving without license, driving uninsured.

2:37 a.m. – Cameron Sugden cited for speeding, 51/25, 1300 block Main St.

6:54 a.m. – Caller reported male jumping in front of vehicles in 3200 block Main. Officer responded, contacted male who stated he was just crossing the street and vehicles were moving too fast. He was advised to use crosswalks in future.

10:47 a.m. – Abandoned motorhome parked on side of road in 51000 block Quartzville Road was burned.

5:59 p.m. – Single-vehicle minor injury accident reported in 30000 block Berlin Road. Malorie Darnell, of Lebanon, swerved to miss a vehicle “brake checking” her on the road. Her 2024 Kia K5 ran into the ditch.

6:21 p.m. – Caller reported locking keys, wallet and phone inside running vehicle in 1900 block Main St. Officer responded, but was unable to unlock car due to it not being registered to caller. Owner could not be reached.

11:35 p.m. – Gregory Walter Allen Nohrenberg cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 7-Eleven.

 

Jan. 2

12:20 a.m. – Injury crash reported in 47900 block Quartzville Road. Christopher Nolan, 46, of Lebanon, cited for driving without valid operator’s license, driving uninsured, after he crashed while trying to avoid a log in the road. Report taken.

2:39 a.m. – Mary Lou Jackson arrested for attempted criminal trespass and attempted unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, after caller in 700 block Long St. reported that someone was banging on her front door, trying to get into a window and trying to get into her backyard. Booked, cited and released.

5:12 a.m. – Mary Lou Jackson arrested for harassment, attempted assault on a police officer and offensive littering after officers witnessed her charging at employees in parking lot at BiMart, 1980 Main St.

7:18 a.m. – Caller reported package stolen in 1700 block Long St. Valued at $35. Report tkane for third-degree theft.

8:29 a.m. – Jill C. Vestle, 70, arrested on Cottage Grove Municipal Court warrants. 1200 block 15th Ave. Cited and released.

9:00 a.m. – Paul Donaldson, 60, cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured. 1200 block 49th Ave.

10:28 a.m. – Denise Rochelle Burrow, 57, arrested for second-degree theft. Booked, cited and released. 3100 block Main St.

10:47 a.m. – Julian Goodfella, 19, cited for speeding, 62/45, failure to carry proof of insurance, 3100 block Main St.

2:25 p.m. – Jamie Marie Kennedy, 45, arrested on Curry County Circuit Court warrant for second-degree theft. Cited and released. 1500 block Main St.

2:50 p.m. – Deputy took report of hit-and-run that took place in Hoodoo parking lot on Dec. 29.

Caller was parked at Hoodoo in his black F250 and noticed some white paint transfer and small dent on his passenger door when he returned home. Thinks someone’s door dinged him in the lot.

10:57 p.m. – Caller reported male knocking on doors, looking for daughter. Deputy located daughter, gave her a ride home. 42200 block Marks Ridge Dr.

 

Jan. 3

12:06 a.m. – Levi Allen Moles, 31, arrested on two counts of assaulting a public safety officer, attempted assault on a public safety officer, resisting arrest, first-degree bias crime and menacing. According to police, caller reported that a neighbor called him, stating that his wife attempted to shoot him but that he had taken the gun. Police arrived to find Moles in possession of a firearm and uncooperative. Moles lodged at Linn County Jail. “Open investigation” continuing.

11:02 a.m. – Sheriff’s Office towed boat that was deemed a traffic hazard in 40600 block McDowell Creek Dr.  Boat was dropped off in a driveway filled with trash. Deputy is working the case to identify the owner.

12:34 p.m. – David Arroyo Sandoval, 44, of Sweet Home, arrested on failure to appear warrant following warrant service in 1500 block 47th Ave. Lodged in Linn County Jail.  Report taken.

3:40 p.m. – Dog stopped in at Umpqua Bank without owner, 1800 block Main St. Officer responded and returned animal to owner, who was warned for animal at large.

6:54 p.m. – Multiple callers reported male jumping in front of vehicles in 5400 block Main St. Officer responded, contacted male, who denied the allegations.

10:03 p.m. – Cheri Gilbertson cited for driving while suspended, no insurance, Hilltop Market.

10:12 p.m. – David Arroyo-Sandoval, 44, arrested for restraining order violation, lodged in Linn County Jail. 1500 block 47th Ave.

11:05 p.m. – Multiple callers reported disturbance that resulted in hit-and-run at 22nd and Long. Officer responded, report taken for felony hit and run, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. According to police, a black 2017 Dodge Journey was traveling at a high rate of speed had just left a scene of a disturbance in the 1200 block of Long. The vehicle, believed to be still driving at a high rate of speed, crashed into the driver side door of a white 2015 Toyota Van being operated by Jennifer Thedford, 29, a Sweet Home resident, in the 2200 block of Long Street. The driver of the Dodge Journey fled on foot. Thedford was transported to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by SHFAD medics. Her four passengers were transported by privately owned vehicles. Her passengers included her husband, Markus Thedford, 34, and 3 minor females, ages 3, 6 and 8. A felony investigation is ongoing.

Jan. 4

11:47 a.m. – Ryan Coleman, 40, of Sweet Home, arrested in Tangent for violating court stalking order and third-degree escape. Report taken.

10:03 p.m. – Caller reported that female’s dog defecated in Dollar General store and female became hostile when asked to leave. Officer responded and was unable to locate female, but will attempt to ID so she can be trespassed.

 

Jan. 5

1:14 a.m. – Deputies responded to report of possible burglary in progress in 28000 block Meridian Heights Loop. Upon arrival, they learned it was just a housesitter inside residence.

1:55 a.m. – Caller reported that male stole money from register at Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1200 block Long St. Officer responded, report taken for second-degree theft, value $800.

3:01 a.m. – Jeremy Saulmon, 45, of Sweet Home, taken into custody for domestic harassment, 46400 block Quartzville Rd.  Report taken.   Case# 2500059

9:34 a.m. – Caller reported vehicle window broken in 60500 block Hwy. 20, Cascadia. Report taken.
