June 29

Sweet Home Police

12:53 a.m. – Callers reported someone stole fence from 2400 block Long. Officer responded, report taken for theft II. Approximate value $150.

1:15 a.m. – Earl Ryan Dodge, 32, arrested on AMC warrant for contempt of court after caller from Mr. Lucky’s Deli, 1207 Long, reported male “acting strange” and causing female employee to feel uncomfortable.  Cited and released, trespassed from location.

 

June 28

 

Sweet Home Police

2:25 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle parked in 1200 block 23rd, with people apparently living out of it. Officer responded, contacted registered owner of vehicle, who was helping a friend move out and informed officer they would be moving along shortly.

8:06 a.m. – Steven Lee Ballweber, 37, arrested by LCSO on SHMC warrants for FTA in theft and hit and run cases. Cited to appear July 22.

12:34 p.m. – Micah Zachery Stagg, 29, arrested for theft II after caller from Dollar Tree, 2414 Main, reported theft from store. Staff then was arrested on LCCC warrants in criminal mischief, theft and unlawful possession cases, and for LMC warrant for probation violation, 2400 block Main. Cited and released.

3:02 p.m. – Caller reported two “unknown district” school buses speeding through town. Officer responded to 1500 block Main, where call originated, but was unable to locate vehicles.

4:13 p.m. – Caller from Dollar Tree, 2414 Main, reported theft at store. Officer responded, took report for trespass warning.

5:30 p.m. – Caller from Husky Field, 1012 22nd, reported high school track shed burglarized. Loss estimated at about $10,000. Report taken for burglary II, criminal mischief and aggravated theft I.

 

Lebanon Police

 

9:48 a.m. – Subject lost wallet, then found charges on her credit cards. Loss: $214.71.

12:47 p.m. – Report taken for found car at Walmart reported out of Salem as missing – possibly stolen.

5:25 p.m. – Joseph Patrick Apalategui, 35, taken into custody on suspicion of restraining order violation. Report taken.

9:05 p.m. – Three juveniles trapped a couple in Walmart aisle, asked what gang the man was from because he had face tattoos, said they had gun and knives, and would wait for them outside. Man said he isn’t in a gang, but knows the juveniles are in the Playboy gang.

8:02 a.m. – Steven Ballweber, 37, of Sweet Home, cited on warrants, 15th/Main. Report taken.

8:44 a.m. – Jeffrey Miller, 63, of Sweet Home, cited on warrant, 1900 block Main. Report taken.

4:58 p.m. – Sean Jason Buckholz, 22, of Arlington, Texas, cited for no personal flotation device, Foster Lake, 44900 block Quartzville.  Report taken.

5:32 p.m. – Small fire located on banks of Foster Lake, 43700 block North River. Fire contained garbage and a “No Fires” sign. No one was around. Sweet Home Fire extinguished it.

6:29 p.m. – John Bird arrested on warrants after he was located camping on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers land at Foster Reservoir, 43500 block North River. Report taken.

8:07 p.m. – Crash reported in area of American/Peoria, Halsey. Both drivers sustained minor injuries. Brandon Figueroa, 25, of Portland, cited for FTOTCD.  Report taken.

8:22 a.m. – Deputy investigated allegations of possible sexual abuse, 31300 block Waterloo Rd. Report taken.

12:10 p.m. – LCSO responded to altercation between mother and daughter, 39400 block Woodbine. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

 

June 27

 

Sweet Home Police

8:58 a.m. – Edward Grant Gibson, 58, cited for DU, 600 block Main.

6:24 p.m. – Caller reported $1,000 stolen from her, 300 block 17th. Officer responded, determined it was likely a scam.

7:42 p.m. – Ryan Matthew Scott, 41, arrested on LMC warrant for FTA in criminal citation case and Oregon State Parole Board warrant for parole violation, 1400 block Nandina. Lodged at LCJ.

7:42 p.m. – Caller reported people camping along railroad tracks off 1400 block Nandina. Officer contacted, trespassed individuals from neighboring property.

9:57 a.m. – Evealena Mayre Tate, 27, cited on AMC warrant for contempt and LMC warrant for contempt – DWS.

10:52 a.m. – Subject smashed someone’s bong in front of their children. Elizabeth Lynn Chandler, 28, taken into custody, cited on AMC warrant for FTA – PV contempt.

2:59 p.m. – Dominic Wooten, 33, cited for DWS and DU.

 

LCSO/OSP Sweet Home/S. County

11:40 a.m. – Crash reported in 36000 block Hwy. 228. OSP, LCSO responded. Non-injury. Further details not immediately available.

6:34 p.m. – Deputy spoke with individual about items stolen from their vehicle, 200 block W. Park, Brownsville.

4:22 p.m. – Deputy warned male driver for failure to maintain lane after he got stuck on muddy shoulder in 36900 block Middle Ridge.

4:34 p.m. – Deputy warned motorist for parking in front of the Bartles Creek 400 gate while hiking. 36700 block Middle Ridge.

5:27 p.m. – Criminal mischief reported in 800 block Northpoint Loop, Brownsville, involving delivery driver. Further details not immediately available.  Report taken.

 

June 26

Sweet Home Police

6:18 a.m. – Christina Ann Miser arrested on Linn County Sheriff’s Office probable cause warrants for burglary II and criminal trespass II following report of disturbance in 1500 block Tamarack. Lodged at LCJ.

8:32 a.m. – Caller reported female sleeping on sidewalk in 1100 block Main. Officer contacted female, who moved along.

11:12 a.m. – Tyler Steagall, 27, cited on Albany police warrant for FTC in unlawful possession of firearm case, SHPD parking lot, 1950 Main, after officer spotted Steagall in the area. Cited and released.

12:26 p.m. – Tecumseh Hugh Thompson, 53, cited for DU, 1100 block 23rd.

1:07 p.m. – Jennifer Dee Russell arrested on LCJC warrant for failure to carry and present license, cited for DWS, 27th/Juniper.

3:31 p.m. – Caller reported daughter was last known to be at location with boyfriend, but her whereabouts now unknown.  925 Long. Officer responded, report taken for missing person.  Daughter is Jennifer Lin Barnett, 40, described as 5 feet 1 inch in height, 165 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Last contact was June 22. She reportedly packed up her car and said she was going east, possibly to eastern Oregon or out of state. She is believed to be driving a tan 2007 Chevrolet Impala four-door with Oregon license plate  566PGR. Alerts sent to Oregon, Idaho.

3:42 p.m. – SHPD conducted death investigation in 2400 block Long. Report taken.

5:31 p.m. – Caller reported male moving sand from horseshoe pit at Northside Park, 1712 11th, into his truck. Officer responded, contacted male, who returned sand to pit.

5:31 p.m. – Hunter Ariel Ringheimer, 32, arrested on SHMC warrants for FTA in contempt of court, theft and escape cases, and LCCC warrant for FTA in fentanyl possession case. 1700 block 11th. Cited and released.

8:59 a.m. – Elida Hiraiz Vigil-Toscano, 39, cited for speeding 41/25.

10:07 a.m. – Tiffani B. Baker, 50, cited for speeding.

10:32 a.m. – Kenneth D. Lafayette, 58, cited for cell phone use.

10:52 a.m. – Joshua R. Sanders, 39, cited for fail to use seatbelt.

11:05 a.m. – Gregory Pecock, 35, cited for improper display and speeding 35/25.

11:40 a.m. – Peyton Jacob Frazier, 25, cited for cell phone use.

1:33 p.m. – Marshall Thompson, 46, cited on AMC warrant for FTC – contempt of court.

2:27 p.m. – Craig Maynard, 18, cited for fail to use seatbelt and fail to carry insurance.

2:54 p.m. – Unidentified subject cited for throwing burning material from a car.

3:14 p.m. – Two males arguing near Dollar Tree because one was too close to the other’s cats.

4:44 p.m. – Kelvin Attebery, 37, cited on LMC warrant for PV – DWS, taken into custody on AMC warrant for FTA – DWS.

5:30 p.m. – Complaint about driver coal-rolling his truck every time protestors are at Academy Square.

9:46 p.m. – Theft of electric scooter from Walmart. Loss: $169.

12:33 a.m. – Burglary reported in 47600 block Cascadia Dr.  Suspect left before deputy arrived. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

10:37 a.m. – Purse reported stolen out of vehicle, 43200 block North River. Investigation ongoing.  Report taken.

12:15 p.m. – Boat broken into at Sunnyside Campground, 44900 block Quartzville. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

2:50 p.m. – Jill Jones, 86, of Brownsville, cited for speeding, 82/55, failure to carry proof of insurance, Gap/Northernwood, Brownsville.

6:11 p.m. – Driver, 32, who was not clearly identified in LCSO log, cited for speeding, 74/55, 28700 block Santiam Hwy. Entry to be updated when information is available.

1:58 a.m. – Shyanne Church, 28, of Lebanon, arrested for harassment, trespassed from property following domestic disturbance in 2100 block S. 7th. Report taken.

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported turkey and vehicle collided, 2000 block Franklin. Further details unavailable.

10:48 a.m. – hit and run reported in 41300 block Upper Berlin. Believed to have occurred between evening of June 24 and morning of June 25. Roughly $1,500 damage done to fence. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

12:59 p.m. – Joshua Webb, 48, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrants, 2100 block S. 7th. Lodged at LCJ. Report taken.

3:28 p.m. – Anthony Middleton, 63, of Lebanon, cited on warrant, 500 block Weldwood. Report taken.

4:45 p.m. – Caller reported neighbor going through another neighbor’s mailbox in 29800 block Fairview. Deputy was unable to contact suspect, but it was determined that no mail appeared to have been stolen. Information documented.

6:49 p.m. – Driver, 20, who was not clearly identified in LCSO log, cited for speeding, 74/55, 29800 block Santiam Hwy. Entry to be updated when information is available.

7:18 p.m. – Driver, 22, who was not clearly identified in LCSO log, cited for DWS, 30300 block Santiam Hwy. Entry to be updated when information is available.

9:00 p.m. – Ashley Barger, 36, of Lebanon, arrested on outstanding warrant, Berlin/Brewster. Cited and released. Report taken.

 

June 25

 

Sweet Home Police

2:11 a.m. – Caller reported juveniles out after curfew in 400 block Holley. Officer responded, counseled caller for improper use of 911 and curfew violation.

8:53 a.m. – Caller from 4000 block Clark Mill reported males in driveway, one of them undressing. Officer responded and males moved along. Caller was advised of options, should further issues arise.

11:24 a.m. – Raymond Lyle Tressel arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrant for FTC in vehicle burglary case. Cited to appear July 22.

1:03 p.m. – Caller reported theft, vandalism in 2200 block Long. Officer responded, information noted. Further details unavailable.

2:27 p.m. – Caller asked to have three individuals trespassed from location in 500 block 9th.  Officer contacted the three by phone, informed them they were trespassed.

3:44 p.m. – Michael James Runyan, 52, arrested by Douglas County Sheriff’s Office on SHMC warrant in DUII case. Cited to appear July 22.

4:22 p.m. – Marick Tyree Best, 25, arrested by Albany police on SHMC warrant for FTC in harassment case. Cited to appear July 22.

6:18 p.m. – Caller reported male came to residence in 1200 block 44th, was told to leave, went to end of driveway and took off his shirt. Male then went to neighbors’ residences and was asking through items and digging through trash bins, according to caller. Officer contacted male, who was advised to move along and did so.

6:38 p.m. – Caller reported male “showed his genitals” to caller’s juvenile daughter and her friend, 12th/Kalmia. Officer contacted male, who was warned for public urination.

7:27 p.m. – Caller reported transformer in area of Ames Creek/Surrey blew up. Officer responded, Pacific Power contacted.

11:46 p.m. – Jhenna Marie Lynn Lance, 32, arrested at LCJ on SHMC warrants for FTA in two trespassing cases. Cited to appear July 22.

8:37 a.m. – Amanda Lynn Human, 40, cited for speeding.

9:11 a.m. – Lisa Ann Carroll, 59, cited for speeding.

10:18 a.m. – Delanie Raymond Atteberry, 39, cited for speeding.

10:38 a.m. – Caller concerned about subject yelling at the air. Subject said he was yelling at people in his head.

10:40 a.m. – Lisa Marie Child, 39, cited for DU.

11:00 a.m. – Raymond Lyle Tressel, 30, cited on LCCC warrant for FTA – possession of meth and SHMC warrant for FTC – unauthorized entry into motor vehicle.

12:36 p.m. – Robbie Ray Kennedy, 43, cited for DWS, DU and fail to use seatbelt.

1:50 p.m. – Sophia Grace Graves, 25, cited for cell phone use.

2:14 p.m. – Erik Alen Baker, 30, cited for DWS and DU.

2:44 p.m. – Aaron Thomas Fajer, 22, cited for fail to use seatbelt.

3:48 p.m. – Maddison Namitz, 37, cited for DWS, fail to use seatbelt, fail to carry proof of insurance and LMC warrant for PV – criminal mischief II.

4:15 p.m. – Bailey Cassandra Brooke Bogdan, 26, cited for cell phone use.

6:35 p.m. – Porter Park Garden restroom toilet filled with paper products and flushed, caused flooding. Paper still in the toilet lit on fire.

10:01 p.m. – Walmart customer scanned items, card payment failed, then he walked out with items. Loss: $72.30.

10:36 a.m. – Kyle Ruckert, 26, of Brownsville, cited for failure to wear seatbelt., 300 block Averill, Brownsville.

10:50 a.m. – Michael Brockman, 35, of Lebanon, arrested on warrant, cited for driving without license, DU, failure to use ignition interlock device, failure to renew vehicle registration, and open container violation. Report taken.

4:45 p.m. – Aaron Clemmer, 46, of Brownsville, cited on LMC warrant, and for DWS, DU, and failure to install ignition interlock device. Clemmer was spotted driving into Harrisburg by a Junction City officer after being warned by OSP about those violations. LCSO deputy assisted with the stop. 2nd/3rd, Harrisburg. Report taken.

4:42 a.m. – Juan Ortiz Canales, 52, of Salem, cited for driving without privileges, DU, Tangent/7th.

8:09 a.m. – Deputies conducted foot patrol in wooded area of Brewster/Berlin. Two campsites located, one vacant. Transient male at second site was warned about camping on private property and advised to move on.

3:38 p.m. – Laura Britton, 22, of Halsey, cited for FTOTCD, 800 block W. Airport.

5:19 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Lacomb/Coakley. Single-vehicle. Driver transported due to injuries. Report taken.

7:34 p.m. – Property damage reported in 700 block C as result of road rage incident. Deputy determined no crimes had been committed, but took report for criminal mischief from uninvolved party.

 

June 24

 

Sweet Home Police

12:03 a.m. – Caller from 1500 Tamarack reported someone banking on caller’s front door with broom. Officer responded, contacted female who was using broom to remove cobwebs and did not need further assistance.

1:22 a.m. – Caller from One Star Security reported hearing juveniles and seeing shadows at Sweet Home Junior High School, 880 22nd. Officer responded, contacted juveniles, who were advised of curfew and were walking home.

4:05 a.m. – Troy Bias, 38, cited for DWS, DU, Hwy. 228/Rowell Hill.

1:07 p.m. – Caller reported pest control representative knocked on their door despite “no soliciting” signs, 1200 block 47th. Officer contacted female, who was advised of city ordinance.

2:05 p.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 38, arrested for criminal trespass II, and on SHMC warrant for FTA in trespassing case after caller from Sweet Home Library, 1101 13th, reported that male who had been trespassed earlier was back.

2:40 p.m. – Kayden Wayne Lingle, 19, cited for failure to display plates, 4200 block Main.

3:06 p.m. – Caller reported Amazon package stolen from 900 block Long. Officer contacted caller, info noted.

5:06 p.m. – Stacy Diane Stafford, 54, arrested on SHMC warrant for FTA in trespassing case, 1500 block Main. Cited and released.

5:31 p.m. – SHPD conducted death investigation in 800 block 7th. Report taken.

11:52 a.m. – Caitlynn Grace Neuschwander, 22, cited for cell phone use.

3:23 p.m. – Hilary Dawn Hale, 47, cited for cell phone use.

5:59 p.m. – Paper lantern flew into someone’s yard, burned lawn, 500 block W A St.

9:26 a.m. – Tammy Holden-Day, 54, of Sweet Home, cited for failing to register vehicle, driving uninsured.  100 block S. Main, Brownsville.

 

1:34 p.m. – Caller reported items stolen from boat at Sunnyside, 44900 Quartzville. Fish finder and other miscellaneous items missing. Value approximately $1,500.  Report taken.

1:51 p.m. – Caller reported abandoned vehicle in 47200 block Whiskey Butte. LCSO was able to contact owner, who was en route to retrieve it.

12:24 p.m. – Deputies performed welfare check in 31200 block McCravens Lane on individual who shot themselves in the foot. Determined to be accidental, non-criminal.

2:32 p.m. – Carrie Lee, 41, of Lebanon, arrested on LMC warrant, 32700 block Brewster. Report taken.

9:51 p.m. – Deputy removed hay bales from roadway, 31500 block Berlin.

10:44 p.m. – Caller complained about people weed eating in 400 block Minnesota at night. LCSO suggested options.

 

June 23

 

Sweet Home Police

3:18 a.m. – Joshua Kealohanui Ben Leslie, 38, arrested on LCCC warrant for FTA in harassment case, SHPD, 1950 Main. Individual reported that male had come to their vehicle in parking lot at that location, and would not leave them alone, asking to see their children. Leslie cited and released, advised to no longer bother anyone in parking lot.

3:58 a.m. – Caller reported juvenile talking and ringing doorbells in area of Nadina/Sunset. Officer contacted juveniles, who were counseled, and will contact a parent.

6:49 a.m. – Caller from City Hall, 3225 Main, reported male on bike yelling and making “inappropriate” comments. Officer contacted male, who was advised to stop yelling and to control his language.

9:43 a.m. – Multiple individuals reported female running into traffic near SHPD, 1950 Main, screaming for help. Officer responded, provided courtesy transport to female to bus stop.

11:01 a.m. – Custin Jones Jr., 25, arrested by Lebanon police on SHMC warrant for FTC in theft case. Cited to appear July 22.

12:21 p.m. – Bobby Lee Thornbrough, 33, arrested for theft II after callers from Thriftway reported male stealing items. Officer responded. Matches valued at $5 recovered, fountain drink valued at $6 was not recovered. Cited and released.

1:48 p.m. – Caller reported dog howling for past six days, 1200 block 46th. Officer contacted owner, who said dog was OK. Owner was advised to try to keep dog quiet.

2:03 p.m. – Caller reported dog tried to attack her dog during walk in 4600 block Airport. Officer contacted dog owner, who was warned for dog at large.

3:00 p.m. – Multiple callers reported RV parked in field with tall, dry grass, 700 block 23rd. Officer found RV unoccupied, will be on alert for owner.

4:15 p.m. – Martin Meraz-Perez, 40, arrested by Corvallis police on SHMC warrant for FTA in theft case. Cited to appear July 22.

6:08 p.m. – Caller reported dogs neglected in 700 block 9th. Officer responded, determined dogs have minimum care required.

7:25 p.m. – Joshua Martin Hughes, 24, arrested at LCJ on SHMC warrant for FTA in reckless driving case. Cited to appear July 22.

7:35 p.m. – Brandon John Morrissey, 32, arrested for criminal trespass after caller from 2500 block Long reported that male who had been previously trespassed was going through trash receptacle.

8:58 p.m . – Errin Marie Montoya, 46,  arrested for restraining order violation. According to SHPD, Montoya has a court-issued restraining order preventing her from contacting Michael Ridders, 77, for any reason or by any means, even with his permission. She reported that she had texted with Ridders, which was a violation of the restraining order. 1400 block Nandina. Lodged at LCJ.

9:17 p.m. – Caller reported male stole his truck key. 200 block Osage. Officer took report for theft III. Value $60.

10:29 p.m. – Caller reported someone threw a rock at her vehicle in 2400 block Main, damaging it.  Officer took report for criminal mischief II. Damage estimated at $200 to $300.

12:36 a.m. – Pamela Jean Smith, 65, cited for giving a false report when she said a male was trapped under a piece of equipment, “a square thing.”

9:22 a.m. – Michael S. Rutter, 18, cited for seatbelt violation.

9:45 a.m. – David Arroyo Sandoval, 45, cited on LMC warrant for FTA – theft III and LCJC warrant for PV – criminal trespass II.

10:23 a.m. – Wires from trailer cut and stolen while stored at storage facility.

10:52 a.m. – Custin Jones Jr., 25, a cited on LMC warrant for FTA – trespass II and SHMC warrant for theft II.

11:28 a.m. – Melissa A. Mason, 42, cited for improper display.

11:42 a.m. – Malaki W. Morris-Sandberg, 23, cited for fail to maintain seatbelt, no valid license and DU.

12:03 p.m. – Damaged electrical outlet at patio area of Conversion Brewing.

12:59 p.m. – Deanna Marie Brown, 40, cited on LMC warrant for FTA – harassment, and LCCC warrants for PV – ID theft and ID theft, and Linn County bench warrant for FTR – possession of fentanyl.

12:30 a.m. – Nikolas Teoli, 22, of Sweet Home, arrested on multiple warrants, including SHMC warrant for FTC in theft case, 44900 block Quartzville. Cited to appear at SHMC July 22. Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.

7:11 a.m. – Deputy received report of missing endangered adult, 1100 block Oak, Brownsville. Kherev Israel Reeve, 30, of Brownsville, listed as missing person. Report taken.

3:21 p.m. – Caller reported burglary and trespass in 300 block W. G, Halsey. Investigation ongoing.

9:15 a.m. – John Goldsberry, 68, of Lebanon, arrested for disorderly conduct II after he allegedly intentionally urinated on the floor of a local store, 39300 block Gross. Report taken.

1:09 p.m. – Overdose reported in 30800 block S. 5th. Deputy responded. Report taken.

4:43 p.m. – Burglary reported in 38600 block Palmyre. Caller reported someone took a small safe out of a shed. Value estimated at $500. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

7:57 p.m. – Caller reported bullet hit their house in 31200 block McCravens Lane. Deputy located nearby shooters and determined their backstop was insufficient. Jared O’Brien, 28, and Alexander Moullet, 30, both of Lebanon, cited for recklessly endangering another person.  Report taken.

 

June 22

Sweet Home Police

7:19 a.m. – Caller reported female lying on sidewalk, blocking walkway, in area of 15th/Main. Officer contacted female, who was advised to leave location. She did.

7:37 a.m. – Male flagged down officer to report tents and possible transients in 1400 block Nandina. Officer contacted individual, who were advised to leave location.

10:18 a.m. – Caller from SHEM, 1115 Long, reported littering at location. Officer responded, information noted.

11:44 a.m . – Caller reported truck almost hit juvenile in crosswalk at 987 Long, then sped off. Officer noted the information, unsuccessfully attempted to locate vehicle.

11:46 a.m. – Caller from Friends of the Library Bookstore, 1200 Long, asked to have woman trespassed from location. She was.

4:39 p.m. – Caller from Boys & Girls Club, 890 18th, reported female wandering around area, acting “odd.” Officer contacted female, who was advised to leave area until 5:30 p.m., when the Linn Shuttle bus would arrive.

5:02 p.m .- Overdose reported in 4900 block Maple. Officer assisted with situation.

 

Lebanon Police

8:28 a.m. – Theft of wire from construction site, 3100 block S 13th St.

11:17 a.m. – Brandin Martin Hugley, 38, taken into custody for DWS, LCJC warrant for DWS and AMC warrant for DWS. Car impounded.

3:47 p.m. – Jon J. Robertson, 55, taken into custody for trespassing, resisting arrest.

5:28 p.m. – Two females fighting after arguing and one threw a vape at the other, then “engaged in mutual hair pulling and fighting,” 800 block Park St.

5:45 p.m. – Timothy Christopher Sloat, 39, taken into custody on LMC warrant for PV – DWS, AMC warrant for FTC – contempt of court, and OSPB warrant for PV.

8:44 p.m. – Report taken for theft of wallet and use of credit cards within. Loss: at least $200.

7:08 p.m. – Tyanna Lowden, 26, of Sweet Home, cited on warrant, 1000 block Pleasant Valley. Report taken.

9:57 a.m. – Caller reported damage to window, 37500 block Elizabeth. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

12:36 p.m. – Michael Andrew Jouklaris, 40, cited for running red light, Oak/2nd.

12:43 p.m. – Lawrence Lee Jones, 28, of Lebanon, arrested on multiple felony warrants, 39300 block Griggs.  Lodged at Linn County Jail. Report taken.

5:31 p.m. – Crash reported in area of Cold Springs/Brewster. Driver left roadway and crashed in ditch. Vehicle had substantial damage, driver sustained “minor” injuries. Report taken.
