1:47 p.m – Steven Lee Ballweber, 35, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for failure to perform duties of a driver.
3:31 p.m – Devin Ward, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for contempt and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for a probation violation on an original charge of driving while suspended.
5:34 p.m – Joe Allen Wayne Wood, 35, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for harassment.
7:00 p.m – Emily Maree Freeman, 31, was cited on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on original charges for placing offense substance and two charges for second degree criminal mischief.

12:48 a.m – Caller reports someone broke into a customer’s vehicle. Officer responded, report taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and second degree theft. Valued loss $300. 1200 block of Long Street.
2:38 a.m – Caller reports someone broke into his house. Officer responded, report taken for first degree burglary, first degree theft and second degree criminal mischief, Valued loss, $7000. 4500 block of Manzanita Street.
12:47 p.m – Caller reports theft of pallets. Officer responded. Report taken for second degree theft. Valued loss $110.
4:06 p.m – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, 48, was arrested by Albany PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for second degree criminal trespass.
4:06 p.m – Victoria Knutson, 38, was cited for operating a vehicle while using a mobile device.

5:14 p.m – A male tried to jump into a river, but hit a ledge below them. Linn County Search and Rescue, Lane County Search and Rescue, Sweet Home Fire and Ambulance District and Linn County Deputies all assisted in getting the male to an ambulance.
5:39 p.m – Natasha Sue Funk, 45, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft.
7:25 p.m – Justyn Maranon Byrd, was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device and driving uninsured.
9:45 p.m – Charyn Sulzinger, was cited for dog as public nuisance.
