12:48 p.m – Caller reports flower pots were stolen. Report taken for third degree theft. Valued loss $50. 900 block of 2nd Ave.
1:01 p.m – Leslie Renee Maynard, 51, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for harassment.
July 16
3:09 p.m – Caller reports male stole daughters phone and then accessed her bank account. Officer responded, report taken for identity theft, second degree theft and unauthorized use of a credit card.
3:35 p.m – David lee Oviattm, 44, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for harassment.
4:00 p.m – Tony A Harden, 70, of Crawfordsville, was cited on a Lebanon Justice Court warrant.
5:13 p.m – Arric Martinez Munoz, 34, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
6:00 p.m – Miguel Alfredo Gutierrez, 41, was arrested on an undisclosed warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for giving false info.
9:43 p.m – Leanna Kay Lynn Smith, 37, of Albany, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for resisting arrest.
10:06 p.m – Cody Allen Bowman, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft.
10:20 p.m – Harley Michelle Webb, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft, and Linn County Circuit Court warrants for failure to appear on charges for identity theft, two criminal citations and first degree failure to appear. Webb also had a parole violation on a supervisory warrant. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

9:18 a.m – Shawn Michael Gali, 46, was arrested for third degree theft.
11:13 a.m – Kenneth Adair, 56, was cited for driving while suspended.
4:31 p.m – Hailey Dawn Ziems, 28, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft.
11:25 p.m – Michael Scott Doyle, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court. He was also cited for driving while suspended.
July 18
12:18 a.m – Elijah Aaron Winney, was cited for minor in possession of alcohol.
8:50 a.m – Kenneth Ray Faulconer, 30, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree theft.
12:21 p.m – Kevin Corington Ⅲ, 26, was arrested for third degree theft.
1:39 p.m – Clifford Lawrence Stoner, 51, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for driving while suspended.
6:09 p.m – Franklin Joe Whitton, 44, was arrested for first degree theft and coercion.
7:58 p.m – Kyle Scott Traxtle, 32, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft.

10:44 p.m – Margaret Baxter, 62, was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

6:55 a.m – Davy Anthony Phillips, was arrested for third degree theft.
10:08 a.m – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass.
9:10 p.m – 13 callers reported fireworks being set off in the area. Officer responded, counseled individuals. Info sent to city attorney.
July 21
12:46 a.m – Kaitlyn Rae Carpenter, 25, was arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrants for possession of methamphetamine, possession of scheduled three substance and failure to appear on five criminal citations. Carpenter was also arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original criminal citation for third degree theft.
10:06 a.m – Rondel Allen Adams, was arrested for driving while suspended and driving uninsured.
3:29 p.m – Denise Peifferlarsen, 56, of Fallbrook, California, was arrested for second degree criminal trespass.
7:02 p.m – Shaw Valentine, 34, was arrested for outstanding warrants. Transported to Linn County Jail.
11:12 p.m – Bryce William McGowan, 40, was arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to comply on an original charge for criminal driving, failure to appear on a charge for second degree criminal mischief and hit and run.

12:22 a.m – Brandon Ryan Freeman, 30, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for fourth degree assault.
