March 9

1:30 a.m. – Michael Malaki Swinger, 33, arrested on Jackson County warrant for criminal trespass. Cited and released. 3200 block Main St.

3:51 a.m. – Caller reported neighbors playing excessively loud music in 3200 block Main St. Officer responded, advised male of complaint. He agreed to turn it down.

9:05 p.m. – Taylor Alexandra Fox, 30, arrested on Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply in theft and failure to appear cases. Cited and released. 4100 block Main St.

March 8

12:52 a.m. – Cody Allen Bowman arrested on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear in two theft cases. Cited and released. Main St./18th Ave.

1:23 p.m. – Caller reported people dumping garbage in vicinity of Berlin Rd./Marks Ridge Dr.  When deputy arrived, they were still at location and turned out they were reorganizing their vehicle.

2:16 p.m. – Caller reported someone hacked into his bank account, stole money. Officer to follow up.

3:06 p.m. – Christopher Majdecki, 69, of Brownsville, cited for expired tags, Main St./Locust Ave., Brownsville.

3:54 p.m. – Hugo Molina, 46, of Happy Valley, cited for expired tags, Main St./North Ave., Brownsville.

4:20 p.m. – Jonah Poorman, 28, of Brownsville, cited for expired tags, June 2023, Main St./North Ave., Brownsville.

4:36 p.m. – Katherine Blecher, 51, arrested by Albany police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in criminal conspiracy case. Cited to appear March 26.

4:40 p.m. – Danny Herrera, 30, of Eugene, cited for expired tags, November 2023, driving without insurance, Main St./North Ave., Brownsville.

5:01 p.m. – Devin Donahue, 41, of Brownsville, cited for expired tags, August 2024, Main St./North Ave., Brownsville.

8:21 p.m. – Juvenile complaint of telephonic harassment. Offender’s parent contacted, advised their child was also trespassed from reporting person’s address. 1100 block W. 3rd St., Halsey.

10:33 p.m. – Driver cited for speeding, 81/55, 28900 block Hwy. 20. Name not listed in Sheriff’s log.

March 7

9:18 a.m. – Fourteen-year-old female arrested for possession of methamphetamines, 1600 block Long St. Lodged at Linn County Juvenile Dept.

12:06 p.m. – Caller reported two adult males, six juveniles headed into abandoned building in 1400 block Nandina St. Officer responded, advised them they were on private property. Seized glass pipe from one male. All left area.

3:57 p.m. – Kevin Austin Corrington arrested by LCSO on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in theft case. Cited to appear April 9.

4:54 p.m. – Crash reported at Main St./23rd Ave. According to SHPD, driver Danny Tucker was operating a 2004 Honda Odyssey and driver Ivy Shirrell was operating a 2010 Volvo XC6. Witnesses said the Honda pulled into the intersection from a stop sign while the Volvo was passing another vehicle that was turning right. Tucker cited for failure to obey traffic control device. Shirrell cited for no valid operator’s license, driving uninsured. Injuries reported but specifics unavailable. Over $2,500 in damage.

6:58 p.m. – William Brinton, 60, cited for driving while suspended, Long St./15th Ave.

10:44 p.m. – Caller reported finding sports memorabilia. Seized by LCSO as found property. Hwy. 228/Ogle Rd., Halsey.  Report taken.

March 6

11:07 a.m. – Caller reported digging that was damaging CTC forest land. According to LCSO, people are trespassing and digging for rocks in bank, which is diverting water for seasonal creek in area. Investigation ongoing. 26500 block Scott Mountain Rd. Report taken.

11:51 a.m. – Caller reported individuals staying in trailer in 1700 block 9th Ave. who had left “days ago” and abandoned multiple cats and a dog. Officer responded, report taken.

2:18 p.m. – Dee Anna Radiske, 59, cited for driving uninsured. 5900 block Main St.

2:53 p.m. – North Bend police reported locating “missing person” Travis Scott Rayburn, 27.

3:49 p.m. – Deputies investigated potential fraud. According to LCSO, caller received call from “Amazon” stating she had a charge for $1,000. “Amazon” had some identification information for the caller, which made it appear to be legitimate. Caller did not send any money or pay anything before calling the Sheriff’s Office. Banks were notified in the event any charges appear. 39600 block Crawfordsville Dr.

3:52 p.m. – David Michael Russel, 44, arrested by Springfield police on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in theft case. Cited to appear March 26.

4:00 p.m. – Crash reported in Safeway parking lot, 1540 Main St. Caller reported vehicle backed into hers. Officer responded. “Zero” damage to either vehicle. Parties declined to exchange information.

4:23 p.m. – Felisia Krystal Kay Pecue, 33, arrested on Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation in theft case. Cited and released. 23rd Ave./Ironwood St.

4:26 p.m. – Deputy let people out from behind timber gate in 42600 block Marks Ridge Dr. According to LCSO, this  location was closed to public access and they drove through while contractors were working. CTC has a website that displays its open and closed access points to its land. Anyone accessing CTC property is encouraged to check the website before entering as access does change frequently depending on logging activity in the area. The individuals in this case were warned for trespassing.

6:44 p.m. – Stolen firearm recovered in King County, Wash. According to SHPD, the firearm, a Rossi Interams .357, was reported stolen in Sweet Home June 4, 2913.

8:33 p.m. – Colleen Joy Anderson arrested on Linn County Justice Court warrant for probation violation in resisting arrest case. Cited and released. 300 block W. Holley Rd.

March 5

9:11 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious vehicle possibly dumping trash in 1000 block Turbyne Rd.  Vehicle was gone when deputy arrived, but small amount of trash was located.

11:10 a.m. – Caller reported large dump site in 43300 block Marks Ridge Dr. Household items, mattress. Investigation ongoing.  Report taken.

12:31 p.m. – Adolfo Duarte Jr., 45, of Brownsville, arrested for offensive littering, 100 W. Bishop Way, Brownsville.  Report taken.

March 4

4:32 a.m. – Cody Gibson, 33, of Albany, cited for speeding, 25000 block Hwy. 99.

10:20 a.m. – Fuel theft reported by logging operation in 49400 block Canyon Creek Dr. Approximately 30 gallons of fuel stolen and lock for fuel tank destroyed. Estimated loss between $100 and $150. Minutes later, another fuel theft was reported in same region. Approximately same amount of fuel. Reports taken.

2:33 p.m. – Timothy Pepperling, 41, of Lebanon, cited for warrant, 29400 block Pleasant Valley Rd.  Report taken.

3:53 p.m. – Burglary reported in 41900 block North River Dr.  According to LCSO, shop was entered overnight. A large drill, shop heater and two tool boxes were missing. Total value of about $1,000. Investigation ongoing. Report taken.

4:33 p.m. – Deputy responded with drone to assist Sweet Home police in search for individual in 1400 block 24th Ave.

5:05 p.m. – Ian Smith, 27, of Lebanon, cited for driving while suspended, N. Main St./Locust Ave., Brownsville.

9:24 p.m. – Deputies assisted with search for missing person, who was located, 1100 block W. 2nd St., Halsey. According to LCSO, adult walked away from house for about two hours. While a deputy was at the location, the missing person walked up from the road. Report taken.

10:22 p.m. – Brandy Olmstead, 50, of Coquille, cited for speeding, W. 2nd/O streets, Halsey.

March 3

3:40 a.m. – Launa Periman, 51, of Sweet Home, arrested on Sweet Home Police Department probable cause for violating restraining order, 33100 block Hwy. 228, Halsey. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

5:50 a.m. – Colton  Kendall McKay, 29, cited for driving while suspended, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to comply in DUII case. Cited and released. 1000 block SWHMain St.

10 :00 a.m. – Desirae Estelle Johnson, 32, arrested on Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear in DUII and giving false information to peace officer and two criminal citation cases, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on criminal citation case. Also cited for driving while suspended and speeding, 50/45. Vehicle impounded. 3700 block Main St.

11:20 a.m. – Caller reported fraud on her bank account. Officer contacted her, took report for computer crime and first-degree theft by deception. 4300 block Long St.

1:35 p.m. – Reno, Nev., police located missing person.

4:29 p.m. – Sean Hunter Steinborn, 28, arrested for first-degree aggravated theft, computer crimes and first-degree criminal mistreatment. 25600 block Center School Rd. Lodged at Linn County Jail.

5:40 p.m. – Angela Adams, 51, of Brownsville, arrested for DUII, reckless driving following crash in 200 block Galbraith St., Brownsville.  According to LCSO, Adams was driving 2000 Chevrolet Silverado, which struck a parked car and drove into the ditch. Breath sample registered .19% blood alcohol content. No injuries reported. Report taken.

6:38 p.m. – Crash reported in 43100 block Marks Ridge Dr. According to LCSO, Ustin Jones, 21, of Lebanon, was driving a 2001 Ford F350 pulling a double axle work trailer. The truck left the roadway and rolled down a short embankment. Jones was driven to Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital by a family member before medics arrived. Deputies contacted him in the hospital, cited for driving while suspended.

6:48 p.m. – Chloe Estelle Linareas, 24, cited for no operator’s license, driving uninsured, 1500 block Main St.
