Police Logs: May 22, 2024

May 13

8:19 a.m – Shelly Wagner, 41, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 

11:54 a.m – Deputies placed “Slow No Wake” buoys on Foster for the recreation season. 

2:16 p.m – Deputies placed buoys in Green Peter for the recreation season. 

May 14

1:55 a.m – Randall Curtis, 57, of Corvallis, was cited for driving while suspended, an undisclosed warrant and driving uninsured. 

8:05 a.m – Christopher Smith, was cited for speeding. 30/20. 

8:55 a.m – Mike Roles, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 

12:46 p.m – Dustin Brown, was cited for driving while suspended. 

2:15 p.m – Ashley Lynn Bowers, 27, was arrested on a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for giving false info to an officer, an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a charge for property damage, a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for a probation violation. Bowers was also cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and speeding. 37/20. 

4:45 p.m – Bradley Pugh, was cited for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and no ignition interlock device. 

11:13 p.m – Thomas McCarthey, 60, was cited on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for driving while suspended. 

May 15

10:08 a.m – Caller reports theft of wallet. Officer responded, report taken for second degree theft. Valued loss $120. 

2:46 p.m – Callers report motor vehicle injury and fire at location. Officers responded.

3:44 p.m – Caller reports theft from location. Officer responded, report taken for two counts of third degree theft. Thriftway. 

10:40 p.m – Loa Ann Louise Branton, 34, was arrested on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft.

May 16

3:55 a.m – Emmanuel Wayne Peters, 27, was arrested on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.

8:11 a.m – Caller reports back window of vehicle was broken. Officer responded, reports taken for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second degree criminal mischief and third degree theft. Valued damage $500. Valued loss $25. 700 block of 12th Avenue. 

10:07 a.m – Caller reports tires were slashed. Officer responded, report taken for first degree criminal mischief. 600 block of Ironwood. 

12:19 p.m – Caller reports a male stole dog food and alcohol. Officer responded, report taken. Safeway. 

4:28 p.m – Caller reported an injured 20 year old female who fell down an embankment. Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Sweet Home Fire and Linn County Search and Rescue responded. Rescue personnel were able to extract the patient without incident. Sweet Home medics transported the female with non-life-threatening injuries. 

7:04 p.m – Kelly Ann Adams, 45, was cited for driving while suspended, failure to obey a traffic control device and a Lebanon Justice Court warrant for a probation violation on an original charge for second degree criminal trespass. 

7:17 p.m – Richard Curtis Ⅱ, 54, was arrested for contempt of court, tampering with a witness, menacing, strangulation and fourth degree assault. 

9:04 p.m – Michayla Louise Pauls, 20, was cited for driving uninsured. 

9:52 p.m – Christian Michael Rogers, 29, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original criminal citation for second degree trespass. 

11:03 p.m – Rodrigo Alejandre Cervantes, 31, was arrested on a Marion County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for menacing. 

May 17

2:19 p.m – Tawnza Raw Churich, was cited for speeding. 30/20. 

5:00 p.m – David Joshua Wall, was arrested by Lebanon PD on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for second degree theft. 

5:26 p.m – Unidentified driver was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 

7:39 p.m – Paul Walter Ulm, 58, was arrested for a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for a probation violation and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge for driving under the influence of intoxicants. 

7:42 p.m – Anthony Bahena, 27, was cited for driving while suspended and driving uninsured. 

10:27 p.m – Stacy Manuel Teizera, 58, was arrested on a Linn County Justice Court warrant for failure to comply on an original charge for failure to appear in the second degree. Teixeira was also cited for driving while suspended. 

May 18

9:49 a.m – Desiray Scott, was cited for careless driving. 

3:00 p.m – Kyle Alexander Richards, 31, was cited for driving while suspended and was arrested for failure to comply on an original charge for third degree theft. 

9:00 p.m – Natalie Marie Deshazer, 35, was arrested for failure to comply on an original charge for second degree failure to appear. Deshazer was also cited for driving uninsured. 

10:29 p.m – Caller reports male kicked in doors and threw things. Officer responded, report taken for first degree criminal mischief. Valued damage $1000. 

11:37 p.m – Timothy William Roebuck, 41, was arrested for fourth degree assault constituting domestic violence and first degree criminal mischief. Lodged Linn County Jail. 

May 19

6:26 a.m – Caller reports dog at large killing chickens. Officer responded, located dogs, placed in the PD kennel. Six chickens deceased, one severely injured. 

11:22 a.m – Katherine Bruington, 30, was cited for two counts of dog at large.

5:32 p.m – Brittny Gibson, 35, was arrested for warrants.  

6:46 p.m – Justin Lee Walker, 36, was arrested for public indecency. 

9:23 p.m – Richard Housen, 52, of Albany, was cited for speeding. 80/55. 

10:02 p.m – Nicolle Colvin, 36, of Albany, was cited for speeding. 83/55. 

May 20

3:14 a.m – Jonathan Walker, 40, was cited for speeding. 75/55. 

4:04 a.m – Roddie Fore, 63, was cited for speeding. 49/35.
