Nov. 9
5:06 p.m. – A Fish and Wildlife trooper attempted a traffic stop on a dirt bike for multiple violations near milepost 10.5 on Upper Calapooia Road. The motorcycle eluded and there was no pursuit.
Nov. 10
10:20 a.m. – Caller reported a male in the high school lobby was making people uncomfortable. Male said he was looking for a shower to use.
1:29 p.m. – LCSO responded to call about a male trespassing, 44500 block North River Drive. Male agreed to leave.
3:57 p.m. – Caller reported people setting up a tent on the Dollar General property. Officer responded. Female initially refused to leave; was trespassed.
4:33 p.m. – Albany Police cited Somer Renay Nicole Shaver-Berry on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of DUII.
7:59 p.m. – LCSO cited Thomas McCarthey, 61, for driving while suspended, 400 block Main Street.
9:39 p.m. – Caller reported a male poured chemicals on her car and stole from her. Report taken for second degree criminal mischief. Damage valued at $1,000.
Nov. 11
8:44 a.m. – Dennis James Garner, 53, was booked, cited and released for third degree theft, 1800 block Main Street. Loss valued at $4.09.
1:28 p.m. – Albany Police cited Christy Jane Cromwell, 43, on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of second degree theft, second degree criminal trespassing, and third degree theft.
3:03 p.m. – LCSO cited Kyle Coelho, 41, for driving uninsured and failure to renew vehicle registration, 200 block S Main Road, Brownsville.
7:03 p.m. – Gilbert Alonzo Martinez was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
10:57 p.m. – Caller reported a male was at the FAC shelter where he is trespassed from. The male was re-trespassed and escorted off the property.
11:28 p.m. – Caller reported a male with a knife was threatening customers at 7-11. Male denied the allegations.

12:39 a.m. – Albany Police cited Christian Michael Rogers on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of third degree theft, second degree criminal trespassing, second degree theft, and second degree criminal trespassing.
8:03 a.m. – Caller reported female camping on private property, north end of 24th Ave.. Female was advised she needs to move.
12:08 p.m. – Caller reported theft of bike, 1600 block Fir Street. Report taken for third degree theft. Loss valued at $15.
2:41 p.m. – Leslee Huerta-Fernandez was cited for speeding 34/20, 1100 block 22nd Ave. Officer encouraged her to contact DMV for license issue.
3:52 p.m. – Timothy Ames Jr. was cited on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third degree theft, and Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failures to appear on original charges of first degree criminal trespassing, second degree disorderly conduct, third degree theft, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, and reckless burning.
9:17 p.m. – LCSO cited Benjamin Jazmin, 25, for driving while suspended and failure to register as a sex offender, 38100 block Scravel Hill Road.

1:07 a.m. – Cody Michael Lobdell, 28, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for second degree theft, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation.
1:25 a.m. – Brittany Rae Panknin, 32, was cited on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.
3:41 a.m. – Kaitlyn Rae Carpenter, 25, was cited on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for second degree failure to appear.
11:23 a.m. – Caller reported suspicious male at high school campus. Male refused to identify himself and was warned about trespassing.
1:17 p.m. – Caller reported theft of package from porch, 2200 block Main Street. Report taken for third degree theft. Loss valued at $20.
1:32 p.m. – Caller reported theft at Bi-Mart. Report taken for second degree theft. Loss valued at $499.99.
2:40 p.m. – Caller reported his son hit him in the face. Report taken for fourth degree domestic violence assault.
Nov. 14
1:41 a.m. – Rodney Brett Shiflett was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespassing.
1:55 a.m. – Caller reported a male at Mr. Lucky’s Deli who refused to leave. Male was trespassed.
10:01 a.m. – LCSO cited Jay Boyd Marsh on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for second degree theft.
12:28 p.m. – Caller reported a neighbor keeps stealing cats, 1300 block Nandina Street. Investigation ongoing.
2:43 p.m. – LCSO cited Richard Dean Raisor on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of menacing, and failure to comply for recklessly endangering.
6:32 p.m. – Amber Dawn Barton, 45, was arrested on a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation second degree theft, and an Albany Municipal Court charge for failure to comply for contempt of court. She was lodged at Linn County Jail.
Nov. 15
2:18 a.m. – Landon Frank Gerard, 48, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for second degree criminal trespassing.
11:55 a.m. – LCSO investigated an RV fire on Quartzville Road.
3:48 p.m. – Caller reported a car parked in yard, 1500 block Tamarack. Car belonged to Jehovah Witness church members who were going door to door.
6:31 p.m. – Caller reported theft of camera from residence, 1300 block Poplar St. Report taken. Loss valued at $120.
11:43 p.m. – LCSO arrested Emory Jamison, 28, for DUII, 31600 block Seven Mile Lane.
Nov. 16
1:22 a.m. – Kaleb Kimber Banta, 26, was cited on an Albany Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for contempt, and a Lebanon Municipal Court warrant for probation violation second degree theft. He was lodged at Linn County Jail on a Linn County Supervisory Authority warrant for probation violation strangulation felony, and a Linn County Circuit Court warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
6:06 a.m. – Officer responded to call about a car upside down in a ditch, 4800 block Airport Road. Report taken for motor vehicle crash, damage estimated at more than $2,500.
1:24 p.m. – Albany Police cited Becky Marie Foster, 51, on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for third degree theft.
2:57 p.m. – Caller reported female on top of car banging on the windshield and trying to break it while screaming at male inside, 1100 block Main Street. Both parties calmed down.
4:03 p.m. – LCSO reported a female pedestrian hit by a vehicle, 4800 block Main Street. Minor physical injuries were reported.
7:51 p.m. – Kendra Nichole McKenzie, 35, was cited for second degree theft.
Nov. 17
12:01 a.m. – OSP cited Thomas Michael Studer, 51, on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of hit and run.
3:04 p.m. – Curtis Ray Daniel, 50, was cited on Sweet Home Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of second degree criminal trespassing, and failure to comply for second degree criminal trespassing. Warned for reckless burning.
3:50 p.m. – Brent Anthony Prather, 36, was cited on a Sweet Home Municipal Court warrant for failure to comply for second degree criminal trespassing. He was given a notice of exclusion from the police department temporary shelter.
